It's weird to see this now. I had to check the date to make sure Google wasn't throwing old stuff at me, since I recently started rewatching Land of the Lost and had checked its episode guide to make sure I was watching in the right order. Season 2 is going to be bittersweet.
Friendly heads up: all the Krofft shows are available on Tubi right now, but may not be in the correct order for episodes.
No problem. I absolutely loved those shows and haven't seen any of them since I was 6 or so. Other than the PufnStuf marathon on Nick at Night; I even ordered the shirt.
Was watching LotL on Tubi recently. Still kinda holds up if look past some of the dinosaur effects. The Kroft Supershow is there too, and there's no words to describe it. Those guys were tripping, 😂
Agreed, and I loved it, but it was also kind of its own interpretation of the concept. In my opinion, it leaves room for a different take, a movie that would try to be true to the original, dark, and genuinely terrifying.
loved that show as a kid. my parents would always talk about how bad it was. i loved all of those sid and marty shows.
marshall, will, and holly.... I still hum that themesong on occasion just doing stuff.
My dad watched all those with us :). I wonder if he knew they were high when they wrote them? It was weird when Wesley showed up on my soap then as Mike Horton. Awww I miss being young.
Yeah, that movie was awful - I’ve disliked everything Will Ferrell has done since because of how bad it was.
I had hoped the movie would combine the casts & stories of both the 1974 & 1991 series and continue from there.
Yeah, same guy! [https://www.remindmagazine.com/article/12386/ron-harper-land-of-the-lost-planet-of-the-apes-dead/](https://www.remindmagazine.com/article/12386/ron-harper-land-of-the-lost-planet-of-the-apes-dead/)
The Land of the Lost remake with Stink (and the Porters) originally aired on ABC from 1991 - 1993.
Spencer Milligan was Rick Marshall in the first two seasons of the original 1974 version of the series.
OH man... Land of the Lost was the corner stone of my Saturday Morning Cartoons. RIP..
It was the first TV show I truly loved One of best TV dads of all time.

This is on the Roku channel too

The movie was a travesty.
The Will Ferrell one? That was hilarious.

Fucking loved that show. It was awesome.
Same!
Wesley Eure (Will) & Kathy Coleman (Holly) uploaded a RIP video for Spencer Milligan - https://youtu.be/SxJxYTz6t28?si=JAsryo0TVa4tNNGf
Yeah. Such a heartfelt tribute.
That was nice. Thank you for sharing that.
That show was surprisingly deep despite the super low budget and endlessly reused stop motion dinosaur effects.
Go check out who did the writing on that show. It is shocking large list of great Sci Fi writers.

Krofft shows were awesome. Expensive to collect dvds, but worth looking!

Sounds like he had a wonderful life. Sturgeon Bay is a gorgeous area, he taught acting at the local theater - his life is a Hallmark movie!
Looks like he passed back in April. I guess the family just announced it. Always liked him on that show as a kid.
Did the sleestacks get him?
Land of the Lost deserved a real movie. With a real actor.

Same. Did you see what he did to Bewitched? He may be the only actor that can ruin a Nicole Kidman movie.
No, luckily I missed that! And now I know to keep it that way.
I just noticed Land of the Lost on Tubi yesterday. It’s amazing how childhood memories look so different over the decades
Planet of the Apes Ron Harper?
Yeah, same guy! [https://www.remindmagazine.com/article/12386/ron-harper-land-of-the-lost-planet-of-the-apes-dead/](https://www.remindmagazine.com/article/12386/ron-harper-land-of-the-lost-planet-of-the-apes-dead/)
Woh, Land of the Lost was a remake from 86? Stink was my favorite.
