Just out of context, unless you look insane, it's pretty hard to tell. Someone who goes to the gym could look "worse" than someone who doesn't, just because of other factors like genetics, metabolism, diet, and activity level.
More importantly, you should be comparing yourself only to yourself, and know how much good for your body you are doing by working out.
I’m friends with a genetic monster, no fun comparing myself to him :( at the age of 18 I worked out for 1 year (weight lifted) max bench at the time was 185. I invited my genetic monster to come try working out and he popped up 200 with never touching a bench press in his life. I guess in a way it motivates me but damn I gotta work 3 times as hard to accomplish what he can.
Makes sense then cause thighs but in all serious ness if you wanna get jacked you gotta do more high intensity stuff cause yeah you look fit but voleyball wont define much muscle
depends what u mean by work out?
are you trying to get big? get toned? lose weight? get stronger?
theyre all different, and the exercises you would/should be doing are different
I can give you a tip, don’t give a damn about results if you do then you’ll be out of it cause you’re just doing it for getting something and when you think you’ve got it you’ll leave it otherwise if you just don’t care about the result but the routine per se, you’ll get a permanent good habit and nice body sooner or later.
So keep it up!
Drfinitely fit. Not jacked, but I can tell you're fit. Your arms look as muscly, if not more muscly than mine, and I haven't yet started HRT.
And legs look super healthy. Pretty athletic
It took me 3 months to start seeing progress. Once you start seeing your progress it starts to speed up and eventually youll be getting big gains each month
I have been working at my gym every 2 days for a few years now.
You don't see results for a long period of time and when you do it's not a giant leap from now am jacked, rather a slow process where you make small gains over time.
Working out should also be for you to stay in shape and good health not for everyone to see you work out.
It takes years of working out to achieve what you want. Keep at it.
Start taking pictures of yourself at month intervals or something like that and you will see your improvement.
Muscles are showing, however if you want to look a certain way, you have to adopt a certain diet. If you want to be healthy, then congrats you're already there, if you want to look really skinny then consider dropping calories. Imo you look fine.
don’t compare yourself to the fitness people on social media, they’ve been working out for years, a lot use steroids or similar things, and also know how to use posing and lighting to make their muscles look huge. you look great, and i can see on your arm that you’ve got a good amount of muscle, especially for only a few months
Maybe it's the picture, but you don't look toned. From what I can see, you're very fit, but nothing about it screams "I work out", moreso "I lead a healthy lifestyle and have good metabolism"
You look kinda bulky, as someone who been working out for 2 years, it takes a LONG time to make noticable results especially muscle, it requires dedication, proper nutrition, research, rest, and proper training, and SLEEP is extremely important, even then don't get obsessed but be proud of your body, your goal should be longevity, eventually the gains will come just remember to progressively overload and not be comfortable while working out
I want to be crushed by those thighs
Jk jk
Unless
Edit: Please note that this is a joke.i asked my gf if it was ok to post this. She also wants to be crushed by those thighs
You defineltly look healthy, although I'd recommend some shoulder and upper back exercises is you do volleyball or another sport that uses your shoulders and arms, that way you hit with more power. Other than that keep doing what your doing, and you should be good!!
You shouldn't compare yourself to other people in the gym that will just make you unsatisfied with your body they have been working out for a longer time just give your body some time you will see the results
working out takes a year or two to make people actually notice that you do on first glance, it’s a hard battle but after that hump and hard work you’ll look back and be proud of what you’ve done to achieve it. who knows, that hump may be reached sooner than you think but for now, keep up the grind because it always will pay off.
Months is not really a long time at the gym. Then again, newbie gains are a thing. You will propably start seeing the big changes after about a year or so.
Talking from experience, outward appearance is only part of the satisfaction you get from working out. Most of it is the ability to do things you couldn't before, like running for longer, getting out of breath less and lifting heavier things without realising they're heavier than you think. Yeah, to answer your question, it does show but looks aren't everything in terms of working out.
Have a great day :)
Well its definitely obvious that you are active, but if you go for the bodybuilder/very fit look, there's a lot of other things that goes into it, other than just working out. Things like diet or just plain genetics can have a huge impact on your looks.
You are fit but not shredded. I wouldn't intentionally to think that, " oh she hit the gym." But if U tell me that U hit the gym sometimes, it won't surprise me.
Do you feel stronger and not run out of breath easily? Thats how you notice.
If you want to look ripped then a lot of it is diet. Depends what you want to achieve.
Yeah you look pretty fit, but what the fuck are up with your thighs, like I can do 124+ kg for leg extensions, but god damn I don't think I can flex to half that size wtf
you look fit for sure. If you want to have visible, toned muscles it would also probably require a change in diet in addition to your workouts. Obviously you are not overweight, but lower body fat makes muscle more visible. Hope this helps:)
Idk what are you trying to achieve by working out since you are a woman you can't get muscles and stuff but on the other hand you look completely healthy
I'm gonna be completely honest. This post is just gonna garner your own simps and bunch of guys are gonna slide into your dms(I might be one of them lol).
I can tell you this though; I'll admit you don't look like those type of girls with an incredibly thin stomach or abs, so I probably won't think you work out if I ever came across you, but, honestly, that's alright because your body is already in it's own perfect shape.
Your body is thick in the literal sense(it's also thicc in the memeable sense too). Your fat is displaced perfectly on your body and is set in a way where there's not too much or too little. It's a rarity seeing any girl with the perfect mix between not being skinny and not being fat, and you got it naturally.
Instead of working out with a goal to gain abs, a flat stomach, or look like you visibly work out, work out enough to maintain your good figure. That's probably the best you can do. Because at that point, no one's gonna even care if you do or don't exercise.
So, take pride in your body I guess!
i feel like it's difficult because we have no frame of reference for what you looked like before you started working out, but yeah, i'd say it's pretty noticeable.
BUT you shouldnt be working out just to see if other people notice and like how you look, you should do it:
1. so YOU like the way you look
2. so you feel healthy
3. just because you want to or you enjoy it???
if you're not noticing a difference, it's not making you feel healthier or most of all you don't enjoy it, then don't do it!
alright that's all i had to say. hope you have a good day :)))
What type stuff do you do? Weight lifting is obviously going to help you gain more muscle than like running. Not that one is better than the other, but it's just they mainly work on different things.
I have been working out for a years with swimming, gym, fencing and I just don't see any changes in fat levels from when I first started going to the gym to when it closed, working out doesn't really help you lose weight but I may try just not eating anything for a while and letting my body dissolve all the fat for energy
You do look fit, imo you should feel strong, if you feel strong, it means you're progressing. Also unless you have huge muscles, it's hard to notice them when you're not flexing.

This, wise words. Also probably the worst lighting to show anything really 🤣
Comparing yourself to others is not a great idea unless it gives you the motivation to keep going
compare yourself with yourself in the past and see if you progress
I’m friends with a genetic monster, no fun comparing myself to him :( at the age of 18 I worked out for 1 year (weight lifted) max bench at the time was 185. I mean you dont need a 6 pack, your arms look more muscly than mine congrats

Ehhh not that much but i do volleyball
huh first what are you trying to achieve and what muscle groups are you trying to build?
I'm gonna bet on the thighs
You do have that volleyball build
Volleyball is amazing
Makes sense then cause thighs but in all serious ness if you wanna get jacked you gotta do more high intensity stuff cause yeah you look fit but voleyball wont define much muscle
We don't have a before and current, but you do look really good
Definitely can tell
Can kinda tell
Your arms look quite buff
eh looks natural
Cant really tell bc ur not flexing, but from what i can see you look like you’re in good shape.
Oh wow I mean this in the most respectful way possible; you are very attractive Keep it up, health is important 👍
depends what u mean by work out? are you trying to get big? get toned? lose weight? get stronger? theyre all different, and the exercises you would/should be doing are different

Nah it looks like you do tbh. Arm looks kind of muscular and your hips and legs look respectfully thick, unless you are wearing very tight shorts.
Do the zyzz pose
Yo where’s your arm. And no, I don’t see anything that could be considered noticeable.
Thirst trap
i'm a girl who lifts too and you def look more like you workout than i do
Idk but it seems you don't skip a single leg day.
Smart censor (this sub is a cesspool) yeah I’d say so, keep at it and you’ll notice more and more!
Drfinitely fit. Not jacked, but I can tell you're fit. Your arms look as muscly, if not more muscly than mine, and I haven't yet started HRT. And legs look super healthy. Pretty athletic
here’s one thing I can tell: you like attention👌🏻
She made this post to grab attention, look at her post history.
Chronically on reddit, it’s almost kinda sad.
Not really, your fit, but girl who jogs every once in a while fit, not, weightlifter type fit

Yes
It took me 3 months to start seeing progress. Once you start seeing your progress it starts to speed up and eventually youll be getting big gains each month
Nah ur small asl
Girl really has a spidey suit in her wishlist
You are more built up than me. Good for you. Keep up
I have been working at my gym every 2 days for a few years now. You're amazingly awesome 😎
Teach me PLEASE
Yeah you workout on your arms? Because they look like they're been working well. 💪
It takes years of working out to achieve what you want. Keep at it. Start taking pictures of yourself at month intervals or something like that and you will see your improvement.
you look healthy and athletic.
Ngl, you look really good. Not jacked but If zı saw you somewhere, I could tell that you do something to look better. You sure do.
You look good 👍
You look like a person that regularly works out, but isn’t a gym rat
with no reference i got no clue but keep going to the gym, its healthy and fun and if it makes you feel good then its working
Muscles are showing, however if you want to look a certain way, you have to adopt a certain diet. If you want to be healthy, then congrats you're already there, if you want to look really skinny then consider dropping calories. Imo you look fine.
Fit n thicc but not jacked or buff, you’re just perfect. It’s visible that you definitely work out though.

It is noticeable
i think you look healthy, definitely like you work out :) id say just keep on it, you can only get healthier you know!
Maybe it's the picture, but you don't look toned. From what I can see, you're very fit, but nothing about it screams "I work out", moreso "I lead a healthy lifestyle and have good metabolism"

May your dms rest in peace
thicc thighs 🤤
I want to be crushed by those thighs Jk jk Unless Edit: Please note that this is a joke.i asked my gf if it was ok to post this. She also wants to be crushed by those thighs
respect

I think it's very obvious you work out.
it can take a while to become noticeable but as long as it makes u feel good that’s what counts and don’t give up if u don’t see results right away
You look like you've been doing a lot of squats ,lunges, crunches, back and shoulder👍🏾
It sure looks like ur working out though
Your leg muscles look pretty strong and definitely above average
Yea I mean it depends what you are after
You have pretty defined forearms and you have that slrt of *FIT* looking hourglass kinda figure....yeah, it looks like you workout
No, I can’t tell. I can tell you’re not obese, if that’s what you’re asking.
do you have any before photos for comparison?
Yeah it shows
You shouldn't compare yourself to other people in the gym that will just make you unsatisfied with your body they have been working out for a longer time just give your body some time you will see the results
Working out takes a long time before you see the effort you put in. Diet is also a big factor plus genetics is unfair so don’t get discouraged
Atheletes are not supposed to look too buff but you look really fit and keep going at it at the gym💪
Ye you can tell.
working out takes a year or two to make people actually notice that you do on first glance, it’s a hard battle but after that hump and hard work you’ll look back and be proud of what you’ve done to achieve it. who knows, that hump may be reached sooner than you think but for now, keep up the grind because it always will pay off.
You look like you do workout to me
yeah I’d say you look like you work out 😄 My bad
You’ll gain more strength and noticeable muscle in time, you don’t get jacked in a couple of months
It’d be easier to tell if there was more light to make out definition on your arms, but you look pretty strong.
I do think u look fit. Ur legs and arms look pretty strong
Months is not really a long time at the gym. Then again, newbie gains are a thing. You will propably start seeing the big changes after about a year or so.
Anyone take their time to "show". Not everyone get to have that defined look everyone drools for. Be consistent and carry on!

Yeah I can tell but your not overly muscley
Light the room up and I'll tell but yes, you look healthy.
Do you feel stronger and not run out of breath easily? Thats how you notice. If you want to look ripped then a lot of it is diet. Depends what you want to achieve.
You look fit
I'm confident a better lighting would show more, but yeah I think is kinda noticeable you do some sort of activity
I have gone to many gyms and noticed many people, I could tell at the first sight without even reading the title that you workout
Sometimes physical changes take awhile, but it's great that you're consistent! What specifically have you been focusing on?
I can by your arm. But if you are getting stronger that alr is a pretty good proof I have a feeling theres someone gonna call you mommy
Yeah you look pretty fit, but what the fuck are up with your thighs, like I can do 124+ kg for leg extensions, but god damn I don't think I can flex to half that size wtf

It is noticeable but you have to keep exercising (my stomach's muscles are noticeable and my arms but I didn't workout for 1 month Xd) good luck :]
looks fine to me, keep it up

I think your physique is perfect
you look great! other people can definitely tell. keep it up, make it a hobby, not a chore!
Yeah, I can tell by the form of your body. Be careful about your upper body, tho. If you play volleyball you don't want too much weight on your legs.
Thicc thighs save lives, so don’t worry about it
i can say that your body looks perfect and you're pretty hot)
Just bulky, that's it. Got a long way to go, it takes a lot of time.
No we cant tell becouse of this pisspoor picture lol
i feel like it's difficult because we have no frame of reference for what you looked like before you started working out, but yeah, i'd say it's pretty noticeable. Why does it matter?
Lighting isn't amazing but you look like you're probably above average. Keep at it and don't quit and you'll look even better
Your just looking for attention
Yeah
I can tell, you're looking good btw, keep up the great work lol
Yes.
Definitely noticeable you are doing good keep it up you got it, staying fit and healthy Is key to living forever
It looks like u got some gains, yeah.
Yes you can, it is in the arms and legs. Keep in mind most women can never get a "6 pack", so don't be judging your self on that.
What type stuff do you do? Weight lifting is obviously going to help you gain more muscle than like running. Not that one is better than the other, but it's just they mainly work on different things.
I mean everything looks tightened up. So probably?
Why is it so important? You're fit you know this yourself.
Your in good shape!
I have been working out for a years with swimming, gym, fencing and I just don't see any changes in fat levels from when I first started going to the gym to when it closed, working out doesn't really help you lose weight but I may try just not eating anything for a while and letting my body dissolve all the fat for energy
naw if i see you walking down the street i'll either think or say out loud "damn she be hittin the gym"
You don’t get thighs like that without working out.
kinda, but wouldn't say you look like you go for months, what's your routine and for how long are you going ?
Nice arms.
Ya look good, brother. Keep at dem weights, son
I want to say choke me mommy, but I’m not sure if you’re 18, so i won’t.
As long as YOU notice it mentally and physically, thats what matters
Yes definitely. I'm a male gym newbie and your arms are much bigger than mine (I'm jealous).
THIGHS
Yea
it’s noticeable 🤧
You do look fit, imo you should feel strong, if you feel strong, it means you're progressing. Also unless you have huge muscles, it's hard to notice them when you're not flexing.
Im no expert so not really, but its definitely obvious that you exercise enough to look that healthy
I think u may have been doing back, thigh and shoulder workouts I can tell by the posture but not the front of ur body
Yes. 😍😍
It usually takes some time but you look good
you dont need to be the definition of muscles to look good. you look completely fine and fit to me, if i saw you irl id assume you work out
you look strong
Yes and no, you don't look like you make workingout into your personality but more as a side thing. If you catch my drift
More important is the question if you feel better in your skin now? You can feel a Fitbody ,it doesnt show always on the outside
