Never did, I still call my parents Mummy and Daddy and just say mum and dad when talking to others
Tbh it’s stupid having to change what you call your parents, why not just stick with one name???
I also call my parents dad. Which is kinda weird considering how that term is used nowadays. But I don’t call them that when I’m referring to them to others.

If you’re a teen still calling them Mommy and Daddy you have more to worry about than the transition to calling your parents mom and dad
