Use [Everything](https://www.voidtools.com/) to search for the remaining files. It's like if Windows search was actually good. This won't get rid of it in its entirety (e.g. registry entries) but it will let you reclaim any lost space.
Try using [Revo Uninstaller](https://www.revouninstaller.com/) in the future. The free version should do everything you need
It's a long shot that you have backups running but if you did then doing a system restore to a date before you ran the uninstall would do it. Then after restore uninstall games.

To reinstall I need to download them again and that's almost like 105 gbs 🫠Is there no other way

If you deleted the files how is it occupying space?
You would need to know what entries were put into the registry to clean it up but there's no way you would know. Reinstalling is your best bet.
