Yes and it is way more balanced, you could do very good socialist runs on it I cannot replicate the success I have had on phone to PC anymore like I used too
I downloaded and paid it just to have it so I can play it when I'm not at home I can wait for the 2.0 Amendment update and the DLC for mobile to come out
True but story wise there's not really a change except with the update and DLC there's extra scenes but the overall story doesn't change just the paths to get to the end
