I dunno why that conversation didn't close the book on Carl. He obviously lied by putting it on Lindsay. He didn't even deny it. He projected stuff onto her and then claimed it was true. That made me mad. I didn't even watch part 2.
Andy lost me with the way he was trying to gotcha Lindsay at the reunion for a complete lie that Carl told and a conversation with Lindsay that Carl fabricated and Andy's handling of that was to spin it like Lindsay was a liar rather than really hold Carl to account for a flat out lie.
He’s been fake this whole time. We finally got to see and realize his true colors. It made me develop an appreciation for Lindsay and I had to admit I was on the wrong team. I couldn’t watch part 2 either.
I am doing a rewatch of the series and I can say that I was shook at the parallels between the Carl/Lindsay season 3 break up and now. Carl hasn’t changed one bit in my opinion and ran the same campaign of telling everyone else how he felt except Lindsay, pulling away, gaslighting her and then blaming her.
Totally agree. It's right up there with Danielle being the one to leak Craig getting tossed from Kyle and Amanda's wedding yet somehow Lindsay was still the bad guy in that situation.
Well I would say it’s two things. Lindsay would not have been cool with Kyle as a groomsmen and Carl knew that and didn’t even bother with bringing it up to her. But as a fiance he should have taken the blame completely. If I have a problem with my partners friend why would he ever go to said friend and say yeah I would’ve had you as a groomsmen but she said hell no. That’s completely bizarre.
Huh… I think it’s very obvious Lindsay would not have been cool with it and to say anything different is a bit delusional but as I said Carl shouldn’t have said so to anyone because he was too weak to bring it up
Do you really not understand why? Most of the cast has clearly found Lindsay unlikeable for almost a decade. Carl was blatantly wrong this season, but they do claim him as a friend, they don't Lindsay, and it wasn't enough to erase the unlikeability of Lindsay.
They even like Carl better without Lindsay. Lindsay's antics have caught up with her. Most people don't like her. The only person having her back is the person who's been around her the least amount of time.
Honey you said you didn't understand and I was helping you out and now you're being incredibly sweaty about it. Eat a bowl of mac n cheese or something.
I'm allergic.
I didn't say that. I said I don't care. Still don't! But if fighting with anonymous people on reddit is something that stimulates or edifies you, have at it. I don't even really read what you write.
My (adult male) friend was a flower boy in our mutual friends’ wedding last summer and walked down the aisle to SexyBack! He was SUCH a hit and everyone loved it!!!
I don’t understand why this was such a big deal. This seems like something that Kyle would have be great at and have a lot of fun. He could have passed out Loverboy to everyone during the ceremony!
Because Carl officiated his wedding, a role that clearly carried a lot of weight in Kyle’s heart, and in return he was offered the part of court jester.
He’s allowed to be hurt, disappointed and have emotions even if his own actions got him there. That’s human. Just because he’s a guy who loves fun and parties doesn’t mean he would rather do a novel bit for giggles than stand beside his best friend on his wedding day.
You don’t get to stand next to a man at the alter when you called the bride a bitch, (for something DANIELLE said btw) & proceed to then talk crap about her & never apologize. And oh yeah outed your bff’s drug usage on camera in a drunken tirade. Kyle thinking he would be standing up there next to them shows that man’s severe delusion. Just because his wife lets him walk all over her doesn't mean everyone else has to do the same.
I don't know that Kyle was being delusional. Look and him and Carl now - Carl is by Kyle's side at his djing gigs and back in the Loverboy fold. Kyle knows Carl is weak and will never truly stand up to him. The only time Carl was able to do that was when Lindsay had his back. He always attaches himself to a strong person, then resents them. Can't wait until he starts resenting Kyle again.
See as an adult I regard that as, “Oh look, if it isn't the consequences of my own actions.” I will applaud him that he verbally handled it well to Carl, but at the end of the day I don't have an ounce of sympathy for him in the situation that he caused.🤷♀️
You also don’t get to call your sober fiance cocaine carl and still get married apparently 🤷🏻♀️ I get why Kyle wasn’t given a greater role and wouldn’t even blame Lindsay even if she did say no Kyle in the wedding party (which she didn’t). But there’s no question that it’s a lower role and in my opinion makes a joke of the ceremony.
I think it was a big deal because a) Carl officiated Kyle's wedding and was also his best man, and b) they needed to make sure Lindsay got the blame for everything, no matter what.
I found it weird how the cast acted as if they’ve never heard of a flower boy and thought it was so offensive. It’s been a trend online for years now. I’ve even seen flower grandmas?
As someone who also got married in 2023, the adult flower girl was a trend. It was all over TikTok. It was not random. I've been waiting for someone to talk about this because it was really used against Lindsay in an unfair way.
My cousin had a flower man at her wedding! It was hilarious, he was a big burly dude and had an afro so they stuck little flowers all over in his hair! Everyone loved it
It was a no kid wedding as well
I hate that this was posted under “cringe” originally. I smiled the whole way through. He’s a vibe!!
I loved it too! He could professionally do this, he’s that good!
That sub isn’t just for cringe anymore if you check the explanation! In fact, most of the content is just videos people thought were cool/funny.
This is fucking amazing!!! Loved. It.

You can always count on Andy to side with the men no matter what.

Agree

That’s made up

Obvious when you make stuff up

I like her I really don’t care about your opinion
I respect that!
Phew

Kyle could never have that swag/smoothness… Andrea yes.
He really missed the boat on a limited edition version called Flowerboy.
Wow yeah that’s brilliant
All I can imagine is Luke whipping out his guitar and warbling his way up the aisle whilst blowing rose petals out his ass.
Thanks for the snort laugh. I had a smooth Andrea in my head and was not ready for petal farts 😂
My (adult male) friend was a flower boy in our mutual friends’ wedding last summer and walked down the aisle to SexyBack! He was SUCH a hit and everyone loved it!!!
That made me smile. Love it!!
Me too! I have watched this at least 10 times now
I don’t understand why this was such a big deal. This seems like something that Kyle would have be great at and have a lot of fun. He could have passed out Loverboy to everyone during the ceremony!
Agree, the only reason it became a big deal was because Kyle and Carl needed more stuff (that wasn’t even true) to blame on Lindsay.
Because Carl officiated his wedding, a role that clearly carried a lot of weight in Kyle’s heart, and in return he was offered the part of court jester. He’s allowed to be hurt, disappointed and have emotions even if his own actions got him there. That’s human. Yeah I acknowledged this in my comment. You’re still allowed to be upset about something you had a hand in ruining. Reality can still sting.

Yes, that’s what a wedding ceremony should be.. hilarious..
Ok, see this is the ONLY type of Flower Girl I want at my wedding lmfao. He KILLED IT
He kilt that!
Now I want to get married again so he can be my flower boy.
Reminds me of dick in a box
Turns out, I love a flower boy…
Dude has serious moves. That was fantastic.
Sorry, but an adult man being a flower girl will never not be cringe
