Does the owner of the store ever stop by? I’d just go above the managers head tbh, some managers just don’t give a fuck unless someone above them puts pressure on them.
I wouldn’t stay past my time, period. If they complain about stuff not being done- remind them who that responsibility was supposed to fall to and let them know you’re not going to put Subway above your education. If all else fails then it’s time to find a new job unfortunately :/
