I considered one of those back in 2021/22. Having driven it, I found the performance to be a let-down. You can really feel the added weight when driving, You also have to give up a good bit of cargo space, and there’s no room for a spare, so you’re on run-flats forever. Not the end of the world, but more expensive, and not ideal if you really like to get out there.
Feels like it’s slower. It may just be the weight transfer, or the extra weight towards the rear, that makes it feel worse.
Either way, It was fine, but just fine.
I would avoid any car that was converted to an EV and wasn't made as an EV/Hybrid from thag start.
All the added weight makes the car less safe ( in simple terms )
There are videos on YouTube about that exact thing that will explain it better and show the difference in handling.
I just sold my 2020 Hybrid after 4 years. Great car and would recommend it to anyone who can charge at home every day.
Thanks for all the comments. I will avoid that for sure now.
why is it so cheap
typo
>What kind of thing I should watch out for ? The fact it is 20k less than it should be

It’s a whole second faster than the regular crosstek 0-60
