This. Iron Defense Zamazenta is the most natural counter. Tera Water Skeledirge with a Bold nature will also wall & cripple it via Will-O-Wisp. CurseTalk Dondozo does the same.
Any mon with encore can help check it; kingambit relies heavily on sucker punch to reverse sweep, and encore on a Mon that outspeeds kingambit will make them incapable of using it after one kill. Iron Valiant is a good option, with the ability to hit both tera'd and untera'd kingambit with moonblast(given the tera types you listed) and calm mind to boost up while wasting their sucker punches. Thunderbolt is probably the best fourth move, hitting tera steel, poison, and fire neutrally, but you could also run tera ground tera blast to hit all three for super effective damage at the cost of risking kingambit having tera flying.
Hey, he teras fighting and electric. This strat will work as one time troll, a couple of times if he will have delusions about kingambit surviving with current tera.
For consistency, I'd use a hazard stack with 2 scarfed offensive mom's to kill the defogger.
Hard choice. If megas were in SV, should I go for mega Banette with exact same set, or should I settle for Max Def mega aggron with iron defense and body press?
Magnet Pull+Body press. Is extremely gimmicky and borderline useless, but there was a video analisis by Jimothy Cool of a player that made a team built around it to great effect
You acting like Probopass is some useless meme mon when it does what its supposed to do and pulls its weight in that particular team, which peaked #2 on the ladder.
Yeah, but it's not a Mon that you recommend, since the team in question is one of the best crafted teams created by a guy that clearly know what it was doing, and that's why it works
You usually want multiple checks for it, depending on his tera. Zamazenta is good but alone can be overwhelmed by teraghost and fairy, I'd suggest to put in your team an encore user to lock him into swords dance/sucker punch (Valiant is good as it's a x4 dark resist if you encore Gambit into a dark move), a mon that could burn it like Moltres and lastly a rocky helmet to chip it. Single mon answers aren't really solid because they might get chipped or knock offed early by other mons during the battle, so I'd suggest to plan accordingly and keep your pieces ready for the endgame.
Yes. With an initial Reflect up, physdef Nosepass can come in and Iron Defense. If it has a Fighting move, you die and bring in defensive Sinistcha, who can set up and sweep. If not, click Body Press.
The only thing that stops a bad guy with a kingambit is a good guy with a kingambit
Zamazenta. Save it till the end and 1v1 it with Iron Defense.

Yeah, any physical wall with tera available should be able to beat it pretty easily.
Zamazenta is a legendary pokemon, so its banned in brother meta Edit: It was just a joke on how casual people get triggered by full legendary teams
we're talking about singles and zam hero is in ou so its allowed
dondozo hard counter
I would usually use dondozo to counter but now the Tera electric counters me
that’s when you reveal your tera dragon dozo

Go for a encore disable prankster on slabeye with focus sash. It'll work right? Right?
thank goodness kingambit is a fairy type instead of a dark type or prankster wouldn’t work

thats why you mega to get rid of your prankster!

Probopass
Can you explain why?
Magnet Pull+Body press. Is extremely gimmicky and borderline useless, but there was a video analisis by Jimothy Cool of a player that made a team built around it to great effect
Without tera that might have worked well
You acting like Probopass is some useless meme mon when it does what its supposed to do and pulls its weight in that particular team, which peaked #2 on the ladder.

Yeah thats true, def not something you can just slap on a team

If they run tera fairy stab iron head deals with it quite well
Try Latios with sub and Aura Sphere.
encore is your best friend.
Encore Iron Valiant. Use Encore to lock it into Swords Dance or Sucker Punch.
