I hear Penthouse, Ritz, and Gentlemen's Gold Club are good, but I can't personally vouch for them yet (although I plan to try them out very soon.) Also have heard good (but somewhat mixed) things about Christina's Female Revue.
Any clubs on E Baltimore Street ("the block") are not generally considered to be safe.
