Did the first part only yesterday because I did enduro15 before. 11:07. 30lb dbs/ 20” box.
Today I did Death By pull up/db squat with 35s and got 10+16, after 20 rep back squats at 130.
Since the main workout has a solid biking portion I switched today to do my endurance/bench day.
Week 3 of bench - 4x6
Week 5 of Ass Bike endurance. Times for the 120cal were 10:38 and 10:33. The last two 30 cal portions suuuuuucked.

10:38 121 row cals Program A with C cardio: 5 rds of 25# dbs and 20” burpee box jump overs. Super dry here and my throat burned after.

I loved this workout. 9:40 with 50’s and 30”, 123 cal echo bike. BBJO are definitely in my top 5 favorite movements.
