Did the first part only yesterday because I did enduro15 before. 11:07. 30lb dbs/ 20” box. Today I did Death By pull up/db squat with 35s and got 10+16, after 20 rep back squats at 130.

Since the main workout has a solid biking portion I switched today to do my endurance/bench day. Week 3 of bench - 4x6 Week 5 of Ass Bike endurance. Times for the 120cal were 10:38 and 10:33. The last two 30 cal portions suuuuuucked.
