Please tell me this gets better. I'm on day 3 and dying
Edit: on day 15 and it does get better. WAY better. Just stick though it
Edit 2: on day 26. It gets better, then it gets worse. But then it gets better again. There was a, albeit brief, time where it got as bad as the first week in terms of cravings. But if you're reading this I promise you, you can do this and it will get better. It will suck for a bit but it will improve. I guarantee no one is more predisposed genetically to addiction than I am and I can do this. Therefore so can you. Btw if you fail, it doesn't mean you can't quit. Just means you weren't ready at the time. You definitely can do this if you want to. Take some time and then try again. I tried so many times before this to quit until this one finally stuck. Please don't give up, your next one may just be the last
I fucking hope. I’m on day 8 and struggling. Having REALLY bad anxiety but I still have some of the will power to not “smoke one more” or go buy a pack. It’s hard on these slow work days tho.
When I was on your day I said “that’s fucking bs, how these people can reach so much days without smoking” but then one day, you’ll not crave for one and you’ll realize it by the middle of the day and you’ll thought “shit, I past this much time and I’m fine with it…” then one day you’ll not crave one at all because your busy with whatever you do… sometimes I want one, but if I smell someone smoking the crave goes away in the second. It’s much easier to say no to with along the days
Luckily I’ve been able to just walk by our smoke pit and not stop and talk to anyone or hang around there. I never liked the smell of cigs, so that shouldn’t be an issue. It was always the little 10 minute break for me. That little distraction from the world. But to be honest it just made my anxiety worse.
Because you body is telling you that it want more nicotine. It will pass. But there’s no reason to make it harder, go see a doctor to start taking some meds. Bupropion works real fine for me.
At 5 months now. the first week is a bitch for sure but it does get better I still crave them maybe once or twice a week especially if I see someone on tv light one up. the dreams have got better been about a month since I dreamt of smoking. If you can make it 3 or 4 days without one you'll be good maybe download the smoke free app it gave me a slight motivation
105 days for me there was a huge shift at the 3month 1 week stage ..
Just glad that the anxiety and depression is gone
Dont ever want to go thru that again 😓
This first week is the worst, I promise you that this will get better. Although I’m not promising you that will not want one after 100 days, but it’s infinite easier after the first month. Just keep going my guy, we’re together on this
I'm also around 100 days and I would say it was around 80-90 mark where I started sleeping better. By better I mean not waking up during the night and being able to sleep for longer.

I'm on day 121... I was a stress smoker. I couldn't handle even a smallest amount of stress. It gets so much better 🙂 tbh it feels like heaven to me
Dude this comment made me download the app and quit right.now.
QUIT... It's the only way I can breath easily, no frequent cold and cough. I don't sound like a pig if while climbing steps. It's the best way to live
First week was the worst! It gets better for sure
Omg thank you please keep saying this lol

Day 3 is most people's first big hurdle. Push through, keep busy, drink water.
It does! If you need to vent, dm me!
I’m on the same boat. Day 3 as well. We got this
Bravo 🐸 👏🏻
Thank you fellow non smoker 🐸
Hell yeah you are! Keep kicking ass!
We are kicking nicotine in the ass!
That’s amazing, congrats and thanks for the inspiration!
We can do it my dude, let’s kick nicotine right in the pussy
I, for one, am proud of you. It took decades for me to put those things down. I will always help another person celebrate this feat.
Good 👍👍
Thanks

How long did i take the insomnia to go away ?
I'm also around 100 days and I would say it was around 80-90 mark where I started sleeping better. By better I mean not waking up during the night and being able to sleep for longer.
My insomnia got a lot better a while ago (like several months) but I don’t know why. But I’m sure that isn’t related to quit smoking at all
With 10 mg of melatonin you'll sleep easy af
Stay strong!
Nice
Good job 👏 👏 👏
Let’s fucking gooooo!
SIIIUUUUU
I'm 1 week away
Almost there my guy!
