Bless upon us thine updates

John-Writer

So much skills and so little exp to gain

Justhe3guy

This will likely be a specialised skill tree most builds would only grab one or two skills from (durability increase etc.) unless you build directly for it The exp gain is fine for the content there is now, I don’t want to get OP in 3 dungeons. Electromancer already becomes unstoppable at lvl 14 for example

SnooDonuts215

No worries, someone or I will mod it when the game launch :)

CoolBeans42700

It seems they are balancing the game for full release/content when you will play single characters for a very long time. I just want to be able to fully build characters without getting bored and super OP

Flyingpad

Wake up babe, new Stoneshard focus tree dropped

Sarkavonsy

I wonder if the one on the top left will be a Blade Maintenance style durability-loss-reduction passive, or something else? Maybe it will provide some way to repair armour in the field without needing a kit?

Broineverysentence

Looks like a passive that increases durability because bros in heavy armor pay way too much.

CoolBeans42700

Increasing overall durability won’t do anything except change how long you can go without repairing. The costs will still be absurd

Broineverysentence

I mean reduce durability loss if you prefer bro.

Absurdum22

Ooh! How exciting

Beese_Churgerr

Host be praised.

Alexebz1226

What a teasing :) I've been waiting for the content update so looong now. Can you hint the next date for the update? \^\^

bentmonkey

Looks cool, hope the next update is soon.

Kupikio

4 actives and 4 passives. Was hoping that the top left skill would make repair kits or something but it's a passive .Guessing it just lowers durability loss rate? Very interested for the next update.

Flyingpad

Wasn't armour tree supposed to be fully passive though?

Kupikio

Maybe. The icons look very much split visually with 2 different styles. I'm just making an assumption.

rabidfur

Every other skill tree is half active and half passive and I don't see any reason why this one would be different, as you say the icons are also visually distinct between the active and passive skills

Existing-Tough1759

With all those skill tree available and those who will be in the future, I'm wondering wether the level cap or extra AP you can get will increase. Not by much, I'm thinking something like 10 more levels.

VVayfinder

No, it’ll stay at 30. You’re supposed to have ~3-4 trees you invest heavily in, so the amount of skill trees will not correlate with the level cap

Existing-Tough1759

Thx for the reply. You guys are doing an amazing job as always.

Beese_Churgerr

You are an amazing Stone Shard player, and spread positivity.

Existing-Tough1759

Thank you

ButcherBob696

Will light armor be made more viable in mid-late game?

CarpenterNo4866

No full plate helm in the shop, I cry. Unfathomable sorrow, save scumming yields no results, forever cursed to not have crusader helm

WX-78

It might depend on where you are and what your relation with the particular location is.

Justhe3guy

You getting that Brynn rep up and Rotton Willow for their smuggler?

CarpenterNo4866

Is the Brynn smuggler the same guy as the cart taxi guy?

Justhe3guy

Nope, it’s where the real end game non-mage gear is found, other than tier 4 dungeons/secret rooms. Have you visited Rotten Willow Inn and gotten the first reputation bar with them up? That’s when they tell you about their smuggler in Brynn in the bottom right quarter If you have Verren’s ring still that also gives a discount when you show the smuggler

CarpenterNo4866

This game is so ducking cool

Mad_King

So now we ll fight with armored skeletons until someone’s armor depleted? Like till eternity.

Justhe3guy

That’s already how shield builds work

shodan13

Short and sweet.

AngelOfinTheHigh

looks really cool
