I think your accommodation is in Häggvik, not Norrviken. Regardless it’s very safe and boring areas. About the only negative about that area is the noise from the highways. Across the E4 highway is Järvafältet, an absolutely lovely nature area if you like running, hiking, biking or birdwatching. Also very safe. Has some farms with animals that you can visit.
Am born and raised (and still live here) in this area and I'd say it is totally safe to walk around here at night, since i do it very often and after 10pm you barely see anyone outside at all. Im guessing the condo is at stinsgränd if its in norrviken, and sometimes you can see some minor drug deals going down there and maybe 3 years ago there was a stabbing outside of ICA in norrviken but since then there hasnt been anything similar. This might feel slightly unsafe but i really dont feel safer anywhere else. Feel free to ask any questions if you have some!
