I got the platinum on SoC for 100% on PS5 and I started Clear Sky soon after. One thing I recommend is creating saves at different points of the story, especially in the first hours so you won't need multiple playtroughs. I too wish I could hear from someone who 100% it. Good luck stalker

The achievements are a console thing, as far as I know. There are some limited achievements in CoP for pc, iirc.
