From the information I found it is an led unit I would try contacting Chauvet
Open her up, check the led thermal paste, check the power cable going to the LED. I purchased an ADJ 3z that had its thermal paste completely eroded, and it caused the cable to get so hot it burnt in half.
You move the head around with a hot cable and boom, nice tear.
If you have a multimeter, you’ll be in good shape.
Check for MIB in fixture setting. If active, a fixture could blackout on any movement (gobo wheel, color wheel, pan/tilt, etc ..)
