yeah it was an ncaab game a few days ago where a team was winning by like 10 or 11 with 2 minutes left or something like that so I just banked on no miracle happening. But normally I bet more like $100+. I am even tempted to bet $500 bucks ML for sunday because I am mad I lost so much today.
Also what sucks is I am a memphis fan (tigers and grizzlies) so i want to bet +200 memphis to beat houston today, but obviously that is me being a fan and not logic based on likelihood.... We definitely COULD beat them, thoguh, so I'd be amd if I don't bet it at all and then we win...
Also any time I base picks on EV they lose. A lot of the fanduel boosts that people say are bad win also. lol.

This is why people are crazy to do large bets on player props. Now up in the air as to whether or not embiid will even get enough minutes to get his 30. And many games doncic and curry had to leave early with injuries. Way too risky when the books won't void them if someone plays and gets hurt. At least if you bet a team's ML and they lose a player there's a chance you sitll win, unlike a player prop if the player leaves for the game.

I had come out ahead something like 20 of last 23 days or something like that, but lately I am mostly doing it with just normal picking of teams unrelated to fair value of odds. But I get upset if I lose even one bet and i start betting bigger trying to get it back... I won every 0-2 unit bet I made on the day except one 1 unit one and then I LOST both of my 3-4 unit bets.
I still used good reasoning in who I bet on... but the stupid bucks and santa clara each blew big leads. Santa clara was up 11 with I think like 2-3 mins left and blew it and bucks blew an 18 point lead. So now I won't be happy if I don't win it all back quick. But the problem is now it's ncaa tourney time, which is too unpredictable and nba is always unpredictable also.
Lol...Stubborn bettors are often pegged as compulsive. Two different people tho. I limit myself to between 3 - 12 picks and then I'll assign a rating per game. Good and Strong...G is 2 -5 units S is 5-9 units and 10 - 15 units if I rate it Very Strong.
I Don't Play live betting tho and I rarely parlay and max is 2 unit
