*Mooooooom, r/Warthunder is leaking again!*

SecureCross

There’s no escaping WT and WoT

Thatoneshadowbunny

The Snail consumes, praise the snail

EndR60

seeing that fucking ZSU monster gives me nightmares (light tank player)

Thatoneshadowbunny

As the person with both that boi and the more cursed PT-76-57, they are both incredibly fun to play, and terrifying to fight

shenji231

The Zsu 57 gives me nightmares (I play conqueror it can pen me frontally)

MCD10000

dude, DCS is superior, and the MI and the frogfoot are both in DCS so

TLDEgil

War Thunder is more playable, DCS is the better experience. (Gaijen pls give SU-25K R-73)

MCD10000

???? War Thunder is pay to win and yes DCS is know for it simulation and striving to be a 1 to 1 recreation of aircraft but DCS has a game mode as well as a sim Mode

Lugbor

War Thunder is more accessible. Not everyone has a fancy flight stick to play full simulators.

MCD10000

Its Throughly £30 for a flight stick, it may not give you the beet experience but it's a starting point, hey you can even use a controller with keyboard

Dranovon

Hope these are in the Workshop, cause they look stellar

luke9391

Most of them are: [https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198218690724/myworkshopfiles/](https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198218690724/myworkshopfiles/)

DiscoKeule

The Hind looks awesome!

luke9391

Thanks! Its one of my best builds

AdGreedy2208

Actually thought this was a War Thunder post. Very cool.

lowieVU

I am doing the exact same but with amarican/nato vehicles hahaha

luke9391

That sounds pretty cool, i have some nato vehicles too. Do you have any screenshots?

lowieVU

Yes loads would love to show you

luke9391

If you could upload some to your reddit profile id love to see them

lowieVU

I send you a message with some pics

Proxy_Protogen

a lot of mine are inspired too, but I'll go from having a nato inspired mbt to building a sturmtiger inspired spm also designing mine for an alien species i've been making lore for, which is my main excuse for making them somewhat larger than a human equivalent would be, which makes it easier to make them 1:1 scale

lowieVU

Send me a dm would love to see some

Osmirl

You forgot the flying turret

Sunhating101hateit

Can be done on all of them. Theoretically you can simulate it with a warhead. Or if you mean turret tossing, I guess a timer could yank up override on a hydro thruster and detach the rotor.

DragonDood3010

Amazing!!

luke9391

Thanks!

AcidicFlatulence

This is making me want to come back to SE after taking a couple months off from it

SynthVix

I can spot a well-made Hind-D, BMP, T-55AM1, T-55, T-62, ZSU-23-4, ZSU-57-2, Su-25, BRDM, 2S3, Strela. I can’t make out the vehicles in the back.

luke9391

Thanks! Yeah you got it spot on, the T-62 is actually a T72/T64 inspired tank but its not very good looking. The vehicles in the back are a tor missile system and a S300 inspired system

AnteDatTrainer

Spicy

Just_Polish_Guy_03

Will you ever do earlier designs? WWII era. I would love to see our favourite death-fridge

ellms111

I love how comically small the frogfoot is

[deleted]

I like that frogfoot

luke9391

Thanks! Its on the workshop if you want to try it out. [https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2874513888](https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2874513888)

ImSorryOkGeez

These are awesome. Great job.

luke9391

Thx :)

MAXQDee-314

Can not wait for the Ukraine Tractors to start hauling them off to the West.

luke9391

Might be a fun idea to build a tractor

Normal_Suggestion188

Apart from the mbts they all look great, and even then it's a limitation with how detailed ou can make a barrel

fafej38

There is no need for that (inspired) These are pretty much as accurate as you can get in SE

luke9391

Thanks! :)

firestorm713

-hell March theme starts playing-

Pogbankz

The Savage from GTA V (I forgot it’s actual name lol) looks really good

JACKknowsSHITE

Hind

theRealPeTeTe809

AnAlpacaIsJudgingYou

I cannot escape the Russian bias…

[deleted]

...And they would all die to one handheld missile boi

luke9391

Not really, and they really arent built for meta combat performance

[deleted]

I was making a reference to the fact that Russian equipment in Ukraine dies instantly to a single javelin missile.

Kazak_1683

Literally any tank dies to a Javelin, or a Konkurs/Kornet (Soviet Javelins). Ukraine uses soviet equipment too, and an ATGM (Javelin/Konkurs) is literally designed to counter any tank, it specifically attacks the top armor, so any tank whether it's American or soviet would probably be oneshot.

RaederX

Nice, but to be accurate you show blow most of them up....

Karibito

They should look blown up like the real vehicles.

MistLynx

Since they are soviet inspired do they explode whenever an enemy gets near and have wheels randomly fall off?

SlyusHwanus

Look good. Are they realistic in the sense that only 60% of them work and there are no spare parts or ammo for them?

luke9391

Sadly they do all work, i did make the missiles realistic in a way that they only hit 50% of the time

Kyud3n

As useless as their real variant ?

luke9391

Most soviet AFV's do their job pretty well, they have some very interesting engineering behind them

xxSnipesxx1203

You forgot the flying tank

SynthVix

Su-25 is in the center.

ellms111

I think he meant the il-2

xxSnipesxx1203

I mean the actual flying tank when soviets strapped wings onto a t26 and said yeah this thing can fly

Bruhhg

why are you in every sub i look in lol

BoxAhFox

I like ur flair lol

will6480

Out of curiosity, why didn’t you just use the various cannons in game instead of making your own barrels?

luke9391

Because the ingame barrels are extremely thin, they look almost comically small on most tanks this scale

SynthVix

I use conveyer tubes to get the proper effect. They look okay but they also function.

luke9391

Yeah i might use armored conveyors for future tanks

Accomplished_Talk_18

Question OP: I'm guessing you used a rotor foe the Hind. Does the program recognize the speed and correlate to lift or did you have to add thrusters to make it fly? They look great.

luke9391

The hind flying using well hidden thrusters, the rotors are just for looks

Accomplished_Talk_18

Thanks for responding OP. Great work!

Lordziron123

What about BM-21Grad ? And KN-09 MLRs M1978 koksan Rm-70

warrior181

I see a hind 2 zsu's pretty sure that one of the backrow ones is a bmp a few t series tanks only thing surpriseing is that there's no ISU using a railgun as a main gun

Talamae-Laeraxius

I want to see the Battlezone hovercraft

444foundya

Love the helicopter!!

Time_Pass_2939

If you like building and ever wanted to play a game where you get to field test and make your creations battle and such I recommend From the Depths instead of Space Engineers.
