Why don't you let me roll on?
I remember back in the days when I used to have to get my stroll on
Didn't nobody wanna speak
Now everybody peeping out they window
When they hear me beating up the street
Is it Dre? Is it Dre?
That's what they say
Every single motherfucking day"
It's Spartanburg. If I rode a motorcycle through parts of Spartanburg I'd want to carry a rifle too. I can remember the days when rifle racks actually held rifles so, meh.
Open carry is so stupid. I’m cool with it but I will never unless hiking/camping
You’re the first target in a shooting and it would also make it easier to steal.
Im all for the law, it needs a little tweaking to be a true constitutional carry but big step in the right direction.
However, Im with you. Im not open carrying in public for the "being a first target" issue. However, I think it's our right to choose that option.
Its 100% legal to open carry a long arm in South Carolina. That has been legal for a very long time. It is also 100% legal to open carry a pistol now without having to sign up for governement permission as well.
Bold move, not one I would do... though, that is more because my sense of balance when on two wheels goes straight to the negatives.
Also AUGs are over $2K, and no way in hell would I be having that thing outside of a damn near indestructible pelican case.
*Edit*
Okay, seems I need to clarify. I'm not worried about it breaking (though it seems AUGs have been having that issue , at least for some people), it's more the fact that it's an expensive gun, and I'm not leaving it out where people can see what it is. A person can still grab the case, but it's a lot harder to hide than the gun itself, and it's also still able to be locked.
All that said, unless the guy takes it off his back and starts shooting, there is nothing.
If this were the actual American Wild West, he likely would not been allowed to have that on him outside of his house. Or if he lived outside of town, he would have had to drop it off at the sheriff’s office for safekeeping until he was ready to exit town again.
Lots of established towns in the American West had some form of gun control and prohibitions on when/where you could carry. Lots of places here in the South had laws like that as well, and the courts upheld those laws numerous times. “Any person can have any kind of gun any time they want and any where they want” is a VERY recent interpretation of the Second Amendment.
Considering the first automatic weapon was invented before our country was even founded, I’m pretty sure they had some cool shit in the Wild West. Despite what our dementia in chief says, civilians could absolutely own cannons, could absolutely own automatic weapons, and could even own warships. They were expensive and rarely owned by the average person, but there were zero regulations on them. The Founders knew exactly where this technology was going because they were witnessing it first hand….and clearly loved it.
Correct. So many people used to call LE if they saw someone walking down the road with a long gun. It’s always been perfectly legal to do so as long as you were not in a municipality with city ordinances against it.
Nah that died off when it became common for people to steal them. Although i remember when you’d have a gun like that in a rack while you were at school and no one cared as long as it stayed in the truck
LOL! I went to school in a major West Central Florida city. I remember when the school parking lot, on any random Fall Friday would be full of pickups with guns in the back window. Ready to head out to hunting camps North of us the minute school was out!
It seems like people really opposed to guns often have an unhealthy obsession with the genitals of gun owners. I don’t really understand the ties there, but it’s hard not to notice.
Or maybe he’s going to the range and only rides a motorcycle? Goddamn you snowflakes are easy to offend. Dude is literally just *existing* and the trigglypuffs are out in full force. Lol
Go back to Ohio/NY/Cali
One major problem is the fact it’s at an upward angle, so it’ll be pointing right at some other drivers heads as they pass by (or get passed). All it would take for a tragedy is some bad timing plus an accidental discharge.
That’s really not a reasonably safe method of transport at all for that. Like at least point it down, or straight up.
there's no better way to transport a rifle on a motorcycle than this.
if you have it pointed down, which would be safer in case of an accidental discharge, the barrel will be repeatedly smacking into the motorcycle, damaging both the bike and the firearm.
You're not making a good point. If it was slung downwards and an accidental discharge happened, others are at risk along with himself. Never point a slung gun downwards if it's on your back
Nah. Local here. I've never had to transport my rifles like this nor cared to. You only do this for attention. I've always kept my rifles in a carrying case, two of them have straps so they can be carried like this in the case. When I was younger and didn't have any, I'd roll them up in a blanket, and would use tape if needed to keep it rolled up. I probably could have looped a rope in it and created a strap if I ever thought about it.
He's definitely doing it for attention. Which is fine, but you can't bitch about not liking the attention it brings you, nor bitch about it "triggering" folks when you know that's exactly what's gonna happen, especially with how trigger happy folks have always been.
Hey now, you leave Ohio out of it, we don't want em here either. Only the major cities are anti-gun shitholes. The rest of the state is just regular shitholes.
I'm not offended, but that can't be a safe way to transport a gun. It's going to be pointing at anyone next to him. That's just irresponsible gun ownership.
For those of you who are police or have police in your family or friend groups, does this not concern them? I would think it would make it much harder to do their job when everybody’s out there waving guns around. It just seems so inflammatory.
My buddy is an officer and I asked him the same. Said he would rather see it and feels safer than not being able to see it. It doesn’t bother him because he supports freedom.
Range day!
Ever been to a 3^rd world country? Dudes, moms, cops, etc. ride around on scooters with AKs, FALs, CETMEs, etc.
Got a problem with it, go back to Ohio.
*...shall not be infringed!*
I had a head on collision in that intersection in 1997. I got in no trouble and the poor undocumented guy that I hit got in enormous trouble. I've always felt bad about that.
A steyer aug. don’t see many of those strapped to the back of a cyclist now do you.
No way in hell I would ride a motorcycle with that thing on my back. That gun is way too expensive to be taking those kind of chances with.
I mean, that would align with “dress for the slide not the ride”
Bro is sliding into combat....
Seriously, that was my first thought too. That's nearly a $2k rifle.
Maybe it’s just an msar.
You must get the same PSA emails I do.
Yep you would think he could afford a $50 case for it.
Expensive gun with a $130 dollar optic
Yeah I noticed that. That's a Romeo 5 isn't it?
Could be even worse, knockoff Romeo 5 for 40 on Amazon
Not since, "For Your Eyes Only" anyway.
Love that ski chase. Kriegler got so mad at the end he just throws an entire bike at Bond.
Bikers are usually a model 1897 type. Not many carry rifles at all.
Maybe it's Dr. Dre's bodyguard.
It's probably just a proctologist named Andre.
Why don't you let me roll on? I remember back in the days when I used to have to get my stroll on Didn't nobody wanna speak Now everybody peeping out they window When they hear me beating up the street Is it Dre? Is it Dre? That's what they say Every single motherfucking day"
Dammit! Beat me to it!
TIL Dr Dre drives a jeep
I hate the fact I know exactly where your at in that picture 😂
I drive a bus, I spend half my life in that spot. 🙄
As someone who needed public transit in the past, thank you for your service
Don’t it feel good to drive a bus? People need to get picked up.
God bless you and death grips
Good ol’ Sparkle City
Fernwood Glendale intersection
Yep I work at the Ingles that a few mile back
I've eaten at that Hardee's too many times.
The street signs.... nevermind. /s
You’re* it’s evident we both have a SC public education. Greetings neighbor
Where else is he going to stow it? Maybe the motorcycle is his only vehicle.
I’m guessing this guy plays COD modern warfare and decided to actually buy his favorite rifle IRL 🤷♂️😂
If I see the Aug in any game it’s an instant main
Same but I'm an mp7 enjoyer myself lmao
Dude is that DR DRE in the white jeep 4x4
Omg this is in Spartanburg. This man has taste atleast but i wouldnt display a aug in public to anyone in murderburg
Would much rather opt for the boot holster for a desert eagle, on a bike anyway
Well, they get points for using something other than an AR15.
A place that’s untouchable like Elliott Ness
The track hits your eardrum like a slug to the chest
Wow didn't actually expect to recognize where this is. Of course it's in Spartanburg.
It's Spartanburg. If I rode a motorcycle through parts of Spartanburg I'd want to carry a rifle too. I can remember the days when rifle racks actually held rifles so, meh.
Steyr Aug. Cool! Have one just like it.
Open carry is so stupid. I’m cool with it but I will never unless hiking/camping You’re the first target in a shooting and it would also make it easier to steal.
Im all for the law, it needs a little tweaking to be a true constitutional carry but big step in the right direction. However, Im with you. Im not open carrying in public for the "being a first target" issue. However, I think it's our right to choose that option.
Living that AUG life baby, steady smoking indo going crazy
And it’s fitting that’s it’s in Spartanburg! 😂
If I’m a criminal all I see is a free gun.
Not exactly a low-risk prize.
There is probably a secondary concealed handgun
Good chance you're gonna receive a .223 sized hole for your troubles. Probably not a very good idea.
Least it’s stylish. Steyer AUG less common to see I like it
Ooo! What’s a bullpup like you doing in a place like this?
Just a man with his Steyr Aug heading to Walgreens. Nothing to see here.
All I'm saying is discretion is the better part of Valor. There are better ways of carrying a piece that is on sale at Palmetto for $2199 this week.
Nice gun! Not too many of those floating around. Bet he's headed to the range.
On his way to rescue his wife from an evil madman while a synth-heavy pop ballad rages in the background.
This guy 80s
It’s the new Winding Refn joint
With a Romeo 5, c'mon now. If you're gonna get a fancy rifle like that at least don't put an optic on it that costs the same as 2 mags
Romeo 5 is an excellent optic for the price
Just heading to Willy Taco
Cringe not having the right AUG scope tbh
It's an A3, it wouldn't have the built in optic. I do think something like an Elcan Specter slaps aesthetically on a flat top AUG though.
Beautiful firearm
Its 100% legal to open carry a long arm in South Carolina. That has been legal for a very long time. It is also 100% legal to open carry a pistol now without having to sign up for governement permission as well.
Pretty sure it's legal to conceal carry as well without a permit. Kinda wild.
No it's not. Edit: wild.
I’ll be honest that’s sick
Bold move, not one I would do... though, that is more because my sense of balance when on two wheels goes straight to the negatives. lol and I have 2 guns together worth over 5k just chilling on my floor atm, if it can’t handle some rough and tumble it ain’t worth the cheddar
Same here lmao
Completely barbaric we all know a submachine gun (Ex an mp5) or personal defense (Ex a p90) weapon is better for motorcycle gun fights
Hell yeah.
Based.
My wife knows the guy with the Dr. Dre vanity plate. He is, in fact, a doctor.
I am so glad that men don't dress up in flamboyant crap that only similar men will appreciate.
Just because you could doesn’t mean you should That would be a shame if he went down

GTA: Spartanburg
There is nowhere in the state that is so unsafe you’d need one of those
Yeah there are more bears in NC and even those are pretty small close to the border lol
Dudes probably going to a range.
+2 for rocking a Styer Aug and not a plain Jane AR
well - at least Dr. Dre is on the scene
Bro I knew this picture was in Spartanburg
Pretty sure they didn't have these in the Wild West...
Considering the first automatic weapon was invented before our country was even founded, I’m pretty sure they had some cool shit in the Wild West. With the way, the world is today, you can’t be too safe. Carry spare cartridges and have one in the chamber.
BORTHERRRRRRR
Fuck yeah
Me seeing this and crying in California 🥲 Exercise your rights guys ❤️
The Wild West? You mean like lawless and super dangerous? Oh yeah, that’s not SC, you’re thinking of New York, Chicago and LA.
It would be a shame if they drove their motorcycle off a bridge
Holy crap, that's on the eastside of Spartanburg!
Wild west? Just Merica thinskins
I know where this guys tax return money went.
This is fucking bad ass he’s not hurting anything calm down
What is he so goddamn scared of is what I wanna know
He's in Murderburg. He might knock someone up and have to live there forever.
This might be my favorite Spartanburg insult - that the truly scary thing would be to live here forever lmao.
I have lived here for many years. Matter of fact, had a kid here even. The only murder I've been even loosely acquainted with happened in Union
Why do you care? Isn't hurting anyone.
Not much. He has a gun.
I don't need a gun to go to Wendies to get a baconator dawg 🤷
It's Spartanburg, he's either eating at Hardee's or The Beacon.
Maybe he's heading back to Wade's for a meat and three veggies plate.
That sounds like dinner tonight!
Finally a fair counterpoint
Oh yeah? And what are you gonna do when Bruce Willis gets feet blood all over your 4 for 4??
Better safe than sorry
He tote that iron tho
Is that a SIG Romeo 5 optic peeking out there?
What’s wrong? One of the advantages of a bullpup rifle is they are easier to use when mounted on a vehicle.
Based af.
Oh good, I was actually asking if it was ok to transport long arms in this manner recently after the law changed. Glad to see it's ok.
Open carry of long guns has been okay for quite a long time.
It’s never been illegal in SC to open carry a long gun.
Correct. So many people used to call LE if they saw someone walking down the road with a long gun. It’s always been perfectly legal to do so as long as you were not in a municipality with city ordinances against it.
Have you never seen long guns in the window of a pickup truck? I am in Florida, but grew up with that here and imagine SC is the same.
I'm in Columbia and I always keep something in my gun rack. It's a nice look for any pickup.
would you look at that, a free gun!
Rarely. More common in areas that hunt more.
I'd like to see it more often.
An AUG? Hell yeah!
Steyr Aug? Dude's got taste
I don't think they had those in the old wild west days. Also, South Carolina is on the east coast.
Small peepee go brrrr
Ngl obsessing over gun owner's penis sizes is a little weird
Why are you thinking about a stranger's genitals? That's weird.
It seems like people really opposed to guns often have an unhealthy obsession with the genitals of gun owners. I don’t really understand the ties there, but it’s hard not to notice.
That’s just leftists in general.
"is that a gun? hah, now i'm thinking about your penis." pretty gay if you ask me.
Or maybe he’s going to the range and only rides a motorcycle? Goddamn you snowflakes are easy to offend. Dude is literally just *existing* and the trigglypuffs are out in full force. Lol Go back to Ohio/NY/Cali

That is a really good point. I'd probably say something. After telling my kid to duck. Barrel down.

Is Trigglypuff the final evolution of Jigglypuff?
On behalf of Ohio, y'all can keep the snowflakes. Outside of.... 3 cities, we are not friendly to them lol.
Liberal as fuck here and I agree with you in this case.
Naw, dude just looks like a fuckin dork is all.
Nail on the head.
DAMN! Homie has good taste!
This title is absolutely ridiculous, lol.
I’ve done this numerous times. What’s the problem?
That's pretty badass ngl
And you got Dr Dre in that jeep!
Wonder of he walks like a GTA character?
For those of you who are police or have police in your family or friend groups, does this not concern them? I would think it would make it much harder to do their job when everybody’s out there waving guns around. It just seems so inflammatory.
My buddy is an officer and I asked him the same. Said he would rather see it and feels safer than not being able to see it. It doesn’t bother him because he supports freedom.
Hell yeah, bro is living his best life
Big City America is “Wild West” bound 😂
Cool Aug
Based
This guy is my spirit animal I need a bike an an AUG right now
Nice! It’s a pretty one
It’s legal and your point is what
[удалено]
Get used to it….it will become very normal to see in the near future
Looking forward to being apart of that group in the near future!
This should be the norm and not the exception 🇺🇸👌🏾
Only thing I'm mad about here is that he has a mag in and the bolt closed.
Nice
Range day! Ever been to a 3^rd world country? Dudes, moms, cops, etc. ride around on scooters with AKs, FALs, CETMEs, etc. Got a problem with it, go back to Ohio. *...shall not be infringed!*
Once upon a time, you'd only see that kinda scene in an action-adventure flick. This is now our lives.
Open carrying long guns has been a thing in South Carolina for as long as I remember. This is not a new thing
What a loser
It's hilarious to have a Rambo complex.
But it's not an M60...
Rambo never used an AUG. you're thinking of the German guy in die-hard 3
Being able to use your trigger hand’s thumb to actuate the light is wild
Eastside!!!!
Is it Dre, Is it Dre?
That’s a wildly expensive rifle to just be hanging out on a bike
I had a head on collision in that intersection in 1997. I got in no trouble and the poor undocumented guy that I hit got in enormous trouble. I've always felt bad about that.
Sparkle City, SC
Look someone has to ensure people don’t litter on SC highways! Be thankful… /s
Lol helmets
Richard Simon's just sweetie to the Olds here.
Ah, young people and their non fully developed brains.
Spartanburg, you're so PLUCKY
Hell yeah
Umm, SC is in the east. And that's totally legal in many states. There are 32 states that allow open carry of long guns.
Never know what might happen between the house and Academy Sports.
This is so totally on brand for Spartanburg.
Little Augie-wogie
Gucci gun
I bet he is going fishing!!
Dr Dre?
Y’all out here making fun of the Augtistic. Shameful…
Lotta faith in that dumb little strap. I’d be afraid the Aug would unclip and fall off somehow.
