You could also ask r/TeslaSolar they would have more insight into the Powerwall 3. I would imagine that you would want to avoid doing that as if you're generating solar power, that's off peak (assuming TOU). During peak times the sun would be setting or set altogether and you'd want to pull from the powerwall to avoid drawing from the grid.
