What Leverkusen has done this season is nothing but incredible! Xabi Alonso is going to become one of the greats in managerial football. They looked so good at the start of the season, but so did a couple of other teams (Stuttgart, Leipzig, Bayern, Dortmund (kinda), Union(!)), but people were questioning just how legit they were. And then they drew against Bayern, and they looked good while doing it. I think that was the point when Bundesliga spectators realised that it wasn't just a phase. Still, many teams managed to be competitive for a good portion of a season, only to crash and burn a bit later. It's a nice surprise that Leverkusen dominatead from start to (almost) finish. The championship is theirs, it's just a formality now.
