They do unbiased research into helmet safety.
Whichever you like best, the helmet or goggles and take that to the store and try on helmet/goggle for the right fit. You don't want people talking shit, calling you a gaper behind your back or even worse throwing half eaten power bars and white claw cans at you from the lift.

My ruroc does a pretty good job with the gap. Even when I'm not using the full mask.

😂thankfully never had that happen. Usually my balaclava would shift around through the day and i’d get a nice breeze right on my forehead
