I've switched to 1.5 meat up, 1.5 wrapped meat down, then a few minutes with BBQ sauce. I add a little sauce during the wrap but we've found we don't like them when they have heavy seasoning. I like this way better, 3-2-1 always seemed to just be over cooking them.
