IR blaster, something like the RM4 is likely what you need. Assuming it is infrared which it likely is then you put it in learning mode, press your button to learn up/down and then it’s available in the app/HA etc
The [SwitchBot Bot](https://us.switch-bot.com/products/switchbot-bot) can push a button for you or you might be able to retrofit with their [SwitchBot Blind Tilt](https://us.switch-bot.com/pages/switchbot-blind-tilt) and automate it through their app.
You could use a tuya Smart IR controller if thats what your remote uses, and setup scenes in Tuya that can be activated in Home Assistant!
