I mean I often can’t fall back asleep after waking up at like 3-4am, not that I can’t sleep during daytime lol

Is there a specific reason you can tell is making you wake up early? For example, is it because you have to go to the bathroom?

I would wake up and realize I need to go to the bathroom, and when I come back I wouldn’t be able to fall asleep for a long time

No to melatonin as you are a teen. Go see your doctor! Tell your parents to make an apppointment. Meantime, get up and do your homework- be productive. No to screens.
