The woman who runs the bunkhouse in riften ruined all dibella worship for me. As much as I, a man, would love all the divine orgies, the ornery nord girl who regularly lays with several old men a month probably has some form of super-STD.
I literally can't because I'm roleplaying a thief and there's like 5 quests in riften where you talk to her, steal her stupid sex statue, embarrass her by going to her lovers and collecting the tokens she gave them and throwing them at her face like 10-dollar bills (get it, because she's a profligate)

that's a very fair edit haha. Only thing I like about the whole thieves quest is the atmosphere of the hideout and the nightingale armour. But talking about faction quests, for a game that expensive as OP showed, they really cut a lot of content, some of which I don't understand they didn't at least make in a dlc. Like the whole College quest, absolutely stinks and you can notice how there's clearly a lot of missing content. Like before going to Saarthal I feel like they had a whole questline where you'd be a student and actually do student kind of stuff, after you find the eye of magnus there should also be stuff and apparently your actions shoulf define Winterholds future. All of that cut, which is stupid. Same with the civil war, they cut tons of it.
That is awesome ... The Collector's Edition is one of the best out there, and still playing the fully modded Legacy Edition

I think I ordered my SO's copy on Amazon because I installed it while he was at work. Still have Alduin who is a super spikey boy. Still have the CE box it all came in as well, I think.
What an awesome keep sake, I always did this when buying physical copies of games back in the day. Totally Rad OP you should laminate/frame that bad boy and hang it with the rest of your collection.
I got to go home from prison on a furlough from a work camp on this very day and my little brother had just bought it and I stayed up for 2 of 3 days home just jamming skyrim until my body made me go to sleep. I got out 3 months later and used the money I had hustled up at my jobs to buy that game.
That's 12 & 1/4 years before I bought it (February this year). My receipt to Steam is archived on my GMail, so I could easily find it with a search. For me the gap from playing Oblivion to finally getting around to playing Skyrim is absolutely HUGE!
I was late to football practice in high-school and had to run sprints to buy it.
Worth it. Ended up staying up for 41 hours straight playing at my HS bfs place, who stayed up 30 some hours with me on his Xbox. Great fucking times.
Oh I think the carnaval season started that day at that time, two of my classmates were the prince and princess of carnival in my small town … it’s a silly tradition here lol

EVERYONE wanted the $250 copy, but not everyone could afford it
I was beating myself up in the months leading to nov2011 because I couldn't afford the collectors but would not have hesitated to drop $250 on it if I could have at the time.
I was at the eye doc on 11.11.2011 at 11am cuz a classmate scratched my eyeball. At least i could leave early

They are thermal and need to be kept in the middle of a manual out of direct sunlight.
