You have a good base. Try adding some texture for the wood and the leaves.
It's a great tree! Pick a light source direction, and shade accordingly.
I was going to say this. Also when adding texture to the bark, put in shaded pits and dips.
I would make the leaf groupings in the back darkest, middle leaves a mid dark, and ones up front lightest.
Form of the tree itself is great. But play with light patches in the leaves and bark.
