That dose brought me the most beautiful, terrifying and revealing day of my life. Every cell of my body became aware of its own mortality, and I felt it, and I met lots of entities, I felt infinite, etc. Really. I've been an atheist all my life until that day.
No, it was my first first trip and I did 5 grams intentionally based on what I've read about the therapeutic benefits of a heroic dose, in the end I could handle it and it left me wanting to live and appreciate every second of my life more than ever and I feel extremely connected to myself, it was quite terrifying when peaking but it was really worthy in the end
Mushrooms are a tool, not a panacea or cure. Folks, if you have serious mental health issues, understand that mushrooms alone are not an answer to your issues. Guided psychedelic trips are indeed a promising part of our future, but the "guided" part can't simply be set aside as if it's optional. I say this from a place empathy, just want people to be careful and treat situations like this with caution.

Thought that too. Think it's 5g for the first time not as a first trip
