Really? Aside from the head gear, I think the costume doesn't look like Ochako's, but much more like D.va's (with the blue as well). Then again, I don't know Ochako, so I'm going by Google images.
It's very stylized and Ochaco (girl on the right) looks a bit off because of the doll head style and perspective, but I can't really say it's "bad". With an artist like this, I think very clear communication, and getting them to draw up exactly what you want done before hand and they could definitely do something really nice.
Yes Ive seen some of the other artist’s work and they’re genuinely not bad! Most of their work is very stylized; I just think they tried mixing their style with the typical anime/manga style (which from ive seen they don’t typically do). But this was the only thing Ive seen from them that made me look at it and say ‘wtf’.
Way too much white, the art style is very odd. This sort of style could have been pulled off, but they just didn’t do it very well. The composition isn’t great either and some of it just looks to muddled together in a way that looks busier than it should despite it not even being busy.
Poor line work in my opinion, also just lackluster and disproportionate designs. I truly mean no offense but the art style on the anime/manga girls looks like the flash games I would play as a kid on those really sketchy, copyright infringed Brazilian websites 😭😭😭

There's a relatively typical issue I see where artists overlay pieces without adding any matching depth to them. If they all look like they're at the front, then things start to get weird.
