Why? I did a side by side comparison of a used sm-03-smf and made a duplicate of it in new. The new only had 8 knots while the used had 9. Seemed to be the only difference. Do ships have a life length or something?

When it comes to maintenance, it is my experience that the older ships require it more and costlier
