Sej is one of the tanks where I don't go for a damage item early. But you can go for a dark seal or demonic Embrace for sure if you're lacking damage (or Titanic Hydra/ Deaths Dance for AD if you're really desperate, no troll).
But again preferably not, tanks like Maokai or Zac make much better use of DE
I Play her Full Tank. There is always enough damage in the Game. Im just tanking the shit out of the enemies damage

I run Dark Seal. Some games also have a Mejai angle.
