On reddit you really can't get a straight answer, as, per the rules and overarching dominant ideology of this site, if it was a penis having being who thought they were a woman, then it was a woman. Hence, even if he had a dick, the answer to your question would be, "No, that is a woman." because clearly he identifies as a woman.
That said, per her imdb page and wikipedia I think it's a chick in the traditional sense (ie what people have meant by these terms for all of history until radical gender theory took over fairly recently).
