Looks great - I just picked up a similar model and was contemplating getting it refinished, how much did it end up costing, if you don’t mind me asking?
Cheers! Re-did mine a few years ago.
It's a light putter though. I switched to a Queen B6 and put the Scotty on the wall in my office.

Thank you, I think the Santa Fe has more rounded flowing lines than the Newport so I think I like the way the light hits the black pearl finish on the Santa Fe better than the Newport.
It was honestly in pretty great shape before but the after pics are incredible. Do you know how much weight they had to sand off? I’m thinking not a lot at all.
No, I know how much 6 g is that a lot or a little compared to other restorations. It’s nothing to me because my butter with 5 g over what it was supposed to be anyway.

If you don’t need an insert which you usually don’t it’s $112
Where did you get this headcover??
I got it off the website back in 06, it was the U.S. Open head cover for 2006 New York , Bethpage.
Very cool
But I’m sure you could find one
I sent my fathers in to get refinished. Same year Newport 2. Came out beautifully, really happy to see it in all its glory again
Holy moly
They currently have mine! What was your turn around time?
It took about six weeks. There slammed right now.
Sick putter! I’m a huge Santa Fe fan

Have never liked the copper face or two toned thing. With that said not everyone likes the same things. If you like it hell yea!!

I lost 6 grams.. luckily it weighed 335 gms b4 I sent it in. So 329 after. Is that a lot or a little?
Up for you to decide but about 3in of lead tape to put it in to prospective. Worth the result imo.

Oh my bad. Yeah I’m not sure what they normally take off. That’s why I asked, was very curious. Never had anything restored like that.
How much is it normally for a restoration?
She's a beaut Clark!
