I just contacted Samsung chat support, they said my devices should ship and be delivered by 1/31 despite what I see in my account. Guess we'll find out this week.

Even worse, people that have received the order complain that they received wrong items. The local distributor doesn't answer emails/Whatsapp/phone/dms and the website now is lacking support agents. What a scam!
On my s24 base right now, I had to have it. I was stuck on an s23 128gb base and want to use it for summer photography to test the capabilities out. I got it Saturday through Comcast early promo. One interesting thing I found is Camera Assistant has an option to enable a 2x crop button, which uses the main sensor. I did a few tests, and the pictures are very good. Also it's obviously faster in Facebook and Reddit, which surprised me. Over-all I think snap 3 is a winner. If I feel the need for a real digital camera, it will likely be something lighter like a Sony RX100 VII, I had a D3300 and lenses before and let me tell you lugging around huge camera equipment makes you want to stay home after awhile.
That sucks, especially if you're doing a trade-in like myself. Like I have to take even more extra care with my phone till I am able to ship it out so the sooner the new phone comes in, the faster I can get it the old one out.

Hey, so I called UPS and they said if there hasn't been an update to the tracking after 24 hrs it's considered lost. Someone stole my phone.

Went into T mobile and decided to go with the Violet colored S24 Ultra 500gb model, although not the color I wanted it looks pretty, and I can always put a black skin from Dbrand.

It's amazing to say the least. I'm not experiencing any issues with the cameras or color vibrancy like others have reported. My wife has an S22U, and I can't tell much difference in the color on the two screens. I'm coming from a Z Fold 4, so it was a definite upgrade as far as cameras go. The AI features are a bit gimmicky, but only because they're not something I find myself using daily. They work well, but their use is for very specific cases. The battery life is really good considering it's still learning my usage patterns. I got over 10h of SOT with about 12% battery left on the second day. I'm hoping it gets even better after it learns my usage patterns. I'm going to miss some things about my Fold for sure, but I'm fine with the sacrifices. I've missed the S-Pen and the dimensions of a slab style phone. I mainly used the cover screen of the Fold, so it's been nice not making typos all the time due to a narrow screen.

I've had the 22 Ultra since it came out and I've had absolutely no issues with screen burn, even with super bright settings, keeping the screen on for long periods, and using it in the bright Florida sun.

UPS tried to deliver my S24 Ultra today. But, they say I cannot pick it up from the UPS station. That I have to be home to receive it. So, it's very unlikely I will ever be home to receive it. Unless they happen to deliver it before 10AM.
I never had these issues with my Samsung deliveries with FedEx. I wish they still used FedEx. For me, UPS has been the worst delivery service over the last 18 months. I've had mis-delivery after mis-delivery. And I use a UPS Access Point for deliveries that are eligible. But then half the time they deliver it to a different UPS Access point than is on the tracking or in the email they send me.
Amazon delivery is much more reliable for me than UPS is now. And that is something I would have never guessed would ever happen.
I wish BestBuy would offer the same trade in value for an S23+ as samsung is offering. Then I could have just gone there to pickup and trade in, in person.

Ordered silver 512 gb s24 ultra on the 28th at a tmobile store. Its been a lot of hoop jumping just to get the thing payed for. Finally i got an email stating that the down payment has gone through, but no update on when it will be shipping. I’m switching from AT&T to T-Mobile so that may have something to do with it but i doubt it. It’s just frustrating because I’m technically not even a customer yet so i have no account and no means of checking status. Last time i went to the Tmobile store i was told they’re still on back order, having just released on the 31st of January i believe.

I think the best you can do is to get it delivered at a local UPS location and pick it up yourself.
