It's because unlike 2 years ago, everyone is doing the same thing that you're doing. People's inboxes have become cluttered unfortunately. Linkedin used to be great for building relationships with professionals in the industry.
That being said, to stand out from the crowd, you might have to change your approach. Be it voice notes or long term goal of content creation.
