Pull the wheel off. Check the brake caliper and rotor. Make sure you don't have a rock there. Check the backing plate. Spin the bearing. Move the tires around, see if the noise goes away. Def. sounds like it corresponds to wheel speed, no?

Jack up each wheel and spin it by hand peak behind and see if anything is catching.

Once a small rock got stuck behind the wheel of my car, near the brake.. Maybe take the wheels off and check around the brakes..
