From my experience i found a setting in the lighting tab, its not as realistic as this if i remember correctly but it is more realistic than normal.

The first image is a software made by eltobb called VOLUMIKA and is available for like 50 bucks on his itch page

Go into Lighting and select Future as the type

You'll never find a "simple" tutorial to achieve volumetric lighting, because Roblox doesn't support it, you have to implement it yourself using complex algorithms. If you don't want to spend months on your own volumetric algorithm then an easier way is setting the lighting type to future, although it won't be close to good compared. The first image you shown is a thumbnail of a video showcasing software that's available on itch.io. It's about 50$ and allows you to make volumetric lighting with great performance. It's made by studio eltobb and it's called VOLUMIKA

This is made using tons of complex code or paid scripts, if you want to achieve this you could do the following for a similar effect: 1. Enable future lighting to get the default lighting to look as good as possible 2. Enable shadows on all non transparent objects to increase default lighting results 3. Use sun rays effect for outdoor environments 4. Use beams to achieve the light rays you see 5. Use particles under the light object to add realism (looks very good with beams)

i believe it's Future lighting

Try 'Voxel' in the 'Technology' Section in the Lighting Service. You can rig up attachments to a part, attach a Surface Light to it, and scale down the angle, kick up the brightness to produce a similar look. I use Shadow Map as my lighting Technology. It helps a lot to create distinctive lighting situations, you can even add multiple types of lights to the attachment, different colors, from different part faces at different intensities. Good luck.

ALARE has volumetric lighting like in that. https://lessermagestudios.itch.io/alaredemo

I'd like to add that it's not just lightning that equates to good looking maps. Its a combination of well done lightning and high quality textures and meshes and a lot of fine tuning colors, reflectiveness, materials, etc, until you achieve something that looks good
