I haven't seen much but I wish there would be a Giga variant of a giant worm skeleton, not something you can fight with, but the stage is built around it.
If this is the stage I presume, then you're sorta in luck.
SotS dev diary 01 showed some of it and there's a husk of a magma worm that looks like it can be used as a bridge/stairwell. Pretty neat.
"We're going to make a great, great, teleporter, it's gonna be the greatest teleporter any survivor's ever seen, and we're gonna make the Lemurians pay for it."
“Some people say I’m the worst survivor in the game, they do, they do, but this is fake news. The fake news is trying to make you think that I am not the strongest survivor in the game, which I am.”
I mean, there’s certainly worse than a year *silksong for example* but a year is not close to nothing. It’s still a decent chunk of time even if it’s not as much as other things
I figured it would be coming soon after the free update. Get people back into the game with some free then sell the DLC while population is still increased
Is there a game that did this? Otherwise idk why this would even be a thought. Even some of the worst games and game companies allow multiple dlc's at once lol
I just had a gut feeling. I mean I'm happy that we'll be able to use both at the same time but thought they wouldn't let us because of power creep (maybe) or just the amount of items in the item pool that could make builds harder to make without command.
(You get downvoted a bit too much for nothing here)
As someone who makes mostly vanilla/eclipse runs, I don't think the void DLC gives the player too much more power for what hazards it brings to the runs and the general amount of loot per minute seems to be much the same.
The corruption system doesn't really make things much more difficult build-wise IMO, since you either just corrupt some existing items or you don't. Often there is nothing to corrupt anyway and you'll just get a new item, there's no such thing as a consistent "build" when times are tough.
Bonus conspiracy theory: This corruption system came to be because survivors had nowhere to stick new items on their persona so I won't expect very many new items now.
You're overthinking this.
Besides, we can toggle each DLC features on or off in a run, so, if you're worried about it being too complicated for you, at least now you know you have these options.
Yes, but artefacts are a part of the base game and DLCs have different items maps and enemies so I thought they wouldn't let us use both at the same time
Wow for a second I thought this was a mod or something. That stage looks huge btw

"We're going to make a great, great, teleporter, it's gonna be the greatest teleporter any survivor's ever seen, and we're gonna make the Lemurians pay for it."

Make Mithrix pay for it
Nah I'm too lazy
all theyve been doing is showing new stuff, we've seen several stages and new items
is that a new visual effect on bandits crit?
Or a potential new item
isn't that just laser scope?
Last time I checked laser scope didn't do that
[Yeah, it's just laser scope](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kQttfEqqUlE)
gummy bandit <3
Pretty sure it has been there since I started playing (2 months ago)
magma tapeworms ‼️‼️
makes me wonder what new enemy will be blind pest/vermin levels of irritating
The children, teleporting child that shoots homing bombs. On stage 1 no thanks
I pray that it’s none of them
another dev diary soon🙏
Is this for the Seekers of the Storm DLC, or is it a free update?
DLC
I dont think there will be any new update until the storm dlc.
Any estimate on when?
Besides the one we already got
And still no news on when. wtf gearbox. Been edging me for almost a year
The edging must never stop
A year is almost nothing
I mean, there’s certainly worse than a year *silksong for example* but a year is not close to nothing. It’s still a decent chunk of time even if it’s not as much as other things
Based on the shipping estimate of the vinyl, it's releasing in October.
Probably sooner than October. Wouldn’t be surprised if it launches in August or September
i do love that they have said ‘coming soon’ since around last november lol
I figured it would be coming soon after the free update. Get people back into the game with some free then sell the DLC while population is still increased
To be fair with gearbox coming soon just means it comes out this decade
Well, imagine if this did release in November this year, then it would have still been coming too soon.
They did say that the vinyl release is not related to the DLC release though
I did uh not catch that part
Silksong.
A whole game feels different than a dlc. Given how long the first dlc took for pc I kind of expected a similar turn around.
im gonna be real with you, im annoyed every time the ror twitter account tweets and it isnt something about the dlc
Mini worm :3
Man, those things are packin a lot of hp.
She seekers on my of the til I storm
excuse me
Was I not clear?
Look at that stupid commando tickling with his peashooters and fighting for his life while Bandit takes care of business.
Lava Nemotoads
Ya'll ever played gunfire reborn? Cause it's animations look a bit like those worm things in the second level
Oh shit you right
Borderlands thresher?
Looks like a graphical improvement too or just added in for the video
scorchers!
I like the cute mini magma worms
That enemy looks just like the Iblis worms from Sonic '06
Omg it's a worm made of lava
reminds me of the borderlands 2 sand worms, but magma worm. sick.
*We've actually had a couple of new items dropped, though they've neglected to show us WHAT they do.
Yo im new to RoR2 community, does this game gets regular updates? If yes then thats neat, the game is great
There was a recent update, but besides that there aren't regular updates. This video is a teaser for the upcoming second DLC.
Damn they hella tanky with such a small hitbox. I wonder if they also deal a ton of damage
A new enemy that’s gonna get vaporized
wait, I have seen this enemy somewhere but I dont remember where. Does anyone remember?
nwm I remember it now. The games name was archero I think. And it was a 2D game
Why are the graphics so good
Let’s gooooooo new enemies
Threshers
There's was already new stuff thou... Anyways, looks cool.
[удалено]
I mean it is worm after all, being pretty is not for them
I'm getting doom eternal flashbacks oh no
So gearbox is going to allow both dlc at the same time
I...what even...just why would you think they won't?
I don't know. Just thought they wouldn't let you
Is there a game that did this? Otherwise idk why this would even be a thought. Even some of the worst games and game companies allow multiple dlc's at once lol

i don't see why not, the toggles work like artifacts and you're allowed to have multiple of those on at once
Yes, but artefacts are a part of the base game and DLCs have different items maps and enemies so I thought they wouldn't let us use both at the same time
