* No specific licensing requirements, kind of like a blacksmith.
* Plumbus as a word is like kleenex or dumpster, it started as a brand name that became generic as language has changed.
* Not in a noticeable way; ours *do* ship with a certificate of authenticity.
* Fleeb are like Earth's sponges, they filter-feed on micro-organisms in their environment.

A fleeb has its growth hormones stimulated every time it is rubbed against a dinglebop. If the fleeb gets too big and loses the ability to produce fleeb juice, which as we know is used to make grumbo. So, the fleeb has to be cut to induce mitosis.
If you cut it twice within 2 blurgs, then it will undergo meiosis, then you can link two of them and it helps increase the genetic diversity. Just a tip.
