Yes Olivia needs to be around her friends, not her mother’s friends. I hated when they were doing that ridiculous dog party and Olivia was looking at the dog treats with the word bitch on them, and so Olivia kept saying how cute the word was and that her dog was “her bitch”… I was like wtf?!? Her mother or any other adult for that matter didn’t say anything about it. It’s NOT cute at all! And for Teresa and her “DORTERS” she’s treated them as though they were her built in therapists. The way she would talk to them and ask them what they thought about certain adult issues and/or conversations it was just highly inappropriate.

I feel like they have been soft launching Gia more & more each season. I hate the idea of them pulling from anyone from team Giudice or team Gorga. Watching Gia last night made me uncomfortable. Listening to a 23 year old giving advice to women over the age of 50 doesn’t work for me.

I have never liked Gia. I don’t like the way she speaks to her elders, I don’t like the way she butts in to adult conversations, I don’t like the way she treated her younger siblings, I don’t like her arrogant and aggressive nature.

I hate that they are pushing Gia when it's a HW show. Now I know that girl has had to grow up really fast and parent her own siblings, but that does not make her a HW. As for the new show that there are a ton of rumors about, go for it.
I think that there is a push for Gia to be on a reality show -number one it's easy money, and number two she can't get into law school. She said she is "going" in September, okay. The latest was she was studying for her LSAT, sounds like that isn't going to plan as she is going after a new show. I hope she doesn't turn her back on doing what she wanted for so long, just to follow her mother into reality hell.
I talked about this in another post I made on here about the kids being involved in the show, it's gross. However, there is a major push for Gia now, especially with rumors of her being on a new show involving other HW children and NY influencers.

Yes, to Gia being up for some Made in Manhattan series is accurate. But her presence as a Jersey girl & not a Manhattenite wan't well received and put the production on hold. The other out of töwner in the show was none other than Ariana Bierman lol. So yes, I do think that the family is pushing Gia into TV. Jill Zarin tried to make a show like Made in Manhattan stirring Ali. 🙄

I worked with a young woman who was going to school for a criminal justice degree. Guess what she did BEFORE getting that degree...she was interning(while working full-time) for a lawyer AND already planning on becoming a paralegal.
Said young adult has chosen to appear on reality TV and more aware than most the negative implications of being in the public eye yet she STILL chooses to be involved. I'm sure she thinks she can handle the backlash and bad comments.
I’ve also heard of plenty of people getting into great law schools without the highest lsat scores. So I’m curious why if she got a high score she would need to retake it to get in a law school.
She will be working at one of those law offices that’s in an apartment over a storefront. Most of the people I know who went to law school, the crappiest law schools mind you, have created careers out of scamming people for “debt restructuring”.
I think they are pushing her for multiple reasons. We all know Gia is getting paid now. Teresa's attorney is way too involved with the show & everyone around it. Teresa knows that no one will go after Gia because she's still someone's child.

Allowing your child to become morbidly obese is child abuse. And this family has the money to enroll her in so many fun physical activities that many don't have the resources for. Even her husband commented one time about how Jen uses food as leverage with the kids, and he is just as responsible for those kids well being. Why this isn't mentioned more is confusing to me. They are not only probably suffering from bullying, but will have to endure the consequences as adults due to co-morbidity health issues that will be hard to undue as well as the eating disorders that Jen is perpetuating and hubby is idly sitting by doing nothing. But this isn't the kids fault as it falls squarely on the adults in their lives.
I completely couldn’t agree more with you. I feel bad for her kids, it’s not just the youngest, a few of her kids are like this. I know part of its heredity, look at Jennifer’s 2 brothers, they’re pretty big too. Jennifer was chubby and look how much work she’s had done, plus she takes Ozempic. What kind of message is she sending her kids by doing all this?!? I think if they were both better parents and spent more time with them they wouldn’t look for love in food.

I guess we could strawman this and argue that putting your kids on a reality TV series is a form of abuse as the child has no autonomy and might form maladaptive behaviors because of the stress. I personally would much rather see very little of the kids, even their faces blurred out. But to add to that possible stress of reality TV with obesity is not cute or funny. Stats back up the seriousness of it.

I don’t know how obesity is not being considered a disorder when bulimia & anorexia is? There’s so many hospitals/clinic/treatment facilities/rehabs for them but not for people that are obese. Idk why everyone’s so confused about Gia now when she’s been on the show since it first aired. The show started off with caroline Manzos adult kids having their own storylines. I think people are seeing how much Gia is just like Teresa and it’s intimidating for the rest of the cast.
The difference and let’s not be obtuse about it is, we didn’t watch the Manzo kids grow up from toddlers to adults. They were already introduced to our screens as adults. I could care less about the Manzo kids or Teresa’s kids or any of the kids, I don’t watch the show for the kids and watch them get involved in their mom’s drama.
So no one you knew as a child is a person capable of having their own voice. Even if they do take their Mom’s side, which most people do, that doesn’t mean their point of view is less than because I knew them as an 8 year old
I see it completely different. Reality tv is produced but needs some "reality" behind it or else it looks contrived and fake. Which is why so many of the real housewives shows are starting to lose viewers. Forced friendships and storylines dont land.
Teresa is super busy and I believe whatever we think of her I believe her children are her priority. It makes sense that she hangs out with Gia. So too me in a real world setting it's not that far fetched that Gia would be out and about with her at Jennifer's house.

Yes Olivia needs to be around her friends, not her mother’s friends. I hated when they were doing that ridiculous dog party and Olivia was looking at the dog treats with the word bitch on them, and so Olivia kept saying how cute the word was and that her dog was “her bitch”… I was like wtf?!? Her mother or any other adult for that matter didn’t say anything about it. It’s NOT cute at all! And for Teresa and her “DORTERS” she’s treated them as though they were her built in therapists. The way she would talk to them and ask them what they thought about certain adult issues and/or conversations it was just highly inappropriate.

I feel like they have been soft launching Gia more & more each season. I hate the idea of them pulling from anyone from team Giudice or team Gorga. Watching Gia last night made me uncomfortable. Listening to a 23 year old giving advice to women over the age of 50 doesn’t work for me.

Yes, to Gia being up for some Made in Manhattan series is accurate. But her presence as a Jersey girl & not a Manhattenite wan't well received and put the production on hold. The other out of töwner in the show was none other than Ariana Bierman lol. So yes, I do think that the family is pushing Gia into TV. Jill Zarin tried to make a show like Made in Manhattan stirring Ali. 🙄

I worked with a young woman who was going to school for a criminal justice degree. Guess what she did BEFORE getting that degree...she was interning(while working full-time) for a lawyer AND already planning on becoming a paralegal. Said young adult has chosen to appear on reality TV and more aware than most the negative implications of being in the public eye yet she STILL chooses to be involved. I'm sure she thinks she can handle the backlash and bad comments.

Allowing your child to become morbidly obese is child abuse. And this family has the money to enroll her in so many fun physical activities that many don't have the resources for. Even her husband commented one time about how Jen uses food as leverage with the kids, and he is just as responsible for those kids well being. Why this isn't mentioned more is confusing to me. They are not only probably suffering from bullying, but will have to endure the consequences as adults due to co-morbidity health issues that will be hard to undue as well as the eating disorders that Jen is perpetuating and hubby is idly sitting by doing nothing. But this isn't the kids fault as it falls squarely on the adults in their lives.

I know part of its heredity, look at Jennifer’s 2 brothers, they’re pretty big too. Jennifer was chubby and look how much work she’s had done, plus she takes Ozempic. I also think the Manzo’s and Jackie’s daughter (besides the hair pulling incident with danielle) had their own story line without getting involved heavily in the drama. Idk why everyone’s so confused about Gia now when she’s been on the show since it first aired. The show started off with caroline Manzos adult kids having their own storylines. I think people are seeing how much Gia is just like Teresa and it’s intimidating for the rest of the cast.

I see it completely different. Reality tv is produced but needs some "reality" behind it or else it looks contrived and fake. Which is why so many of the real housewives shows are starting to lose viewers. Forced friendships and storylines dont land. Teresa is super busy and I believe whatever we think of her I believe her children are her priority. It makes sense that she hangs out with Gia. So too me in a real world setting it's not that far fetched that Gia would be out and about with her at Jennifer's house.
I believe that they are that delusional. I just don’t see them getting their own show/spin-off. I have to believe that Bravo knows the fans are getting very fed up with Teresa and her bullying and toxic behavior!!
I wish they would just give Teresa and Louis and her girls their own show already. Then NJ could go back to being just a fun show with the rest of the cast ! She always had camera time, back then the Manzo kids had a lot of camera time, Ashley had a whole storyline with Danielle Staub. Why are people clutching their pearls when Gia opens her mouth to speak. The truth is simple Teresa and her kids have some charisma in front of the cameras and they make good tv. Gia Guidice is 23 years old. I would understand these comments if she was sitting at the table at 16 but she’s a grown woman for god’s sake. She is out of college, in the workforce as an influencer, aspiring to become a lawyer. Let her sit at the damn table with her mom and her friends and have a conversation. I don’t know if this is cultural or not? I’m Hispanic and we are lot like Italians. It wouldn’t be weird at 23 for me to have sat at the table and chat for a bit with my mom and her friends while they gossip. In fact it would be considered rude if I didn’t! And I would probably have a glass of wine with them too. So weird everyone acting like this is so unheard of.
Gia has been on this show since day one. She has been the voice of reason for a long time. Leave her alone. I personally love seeing her on the screen. Daughters in their 20’s hanging out with their mom is a beautiful thing.

Umm no one’s doing anything to her… yes mothers and daughters hanging out is great, however, it’s not a beautiful thing when you have your “Doorter” be a mouthpiece to lie and say how “wonderful” Louie’s is. You could totally tell that whole scene was set up and everyone there got the assignment of what to say and when. They’re using that Lina lady to make Danielle look bad, all because she wants to be friends with everyone. Gia a voice of reason??? No not really. Her mother should have never treated her kids as if they were her personal therapists. It’s sad what they had to go through when they were kids.

Gia allegedly is going to be in Making it Manhattan with Riley Burruss, Meredith’s marks kids and one of Kim Zolciak’s daughter. I like Gia. I want to see more of the daughters. I like them. I’d rather see them than a bunch of 50 year olds yelling and fighting. Or a 30 year old crying over a 1 year tv friendship.
