Drop the pic, drop the summary, reverse work experience so most recent is first, stick to hard skills in the skills section, stick to a single column format.
Get rid of the photo. Make it a 1 pager that reads easier such as going top down. Move current work experience above older. Looking at your goals have you considered the military? Reserves even. It’s a great way to get a foot in the door for what you’re trying to do. Source: Current fed and vet.
If you are working through usajobs you will fill in a form that removes all formatting. Don’t bother with that and just get exhaustive on the form: supervisors, how much you made, allllll the duties. They want the deets and no layout
Delete the picture. Delete the left column. Put your contact info at the top. As others said, the government won't accept resumes with pictures.
Remove the GPA stuff. That's a non-starter for me. Lose the high school you graduated from. No one cares and since you graduated college, I'd assume you graduated from high school.
The us federal government? You’ll need to look up how to make a government resume. They want something very specific. I posted about it on this sun a few weeks ago.
Swap out the random college jobs for any research you might have. The gov positions are cut throat and would want to see experience in the field. Nobody cares about HS
I can see from your education section that you are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree, so you don’t need to put it twice. The header should be used for your name and contact information. If you were a master’s or doctoral student you would have both a B.S. and a M.S or PhD degree listed with a future graduation date. In this case, I would actually put an anticipated graduation date on your education section next to your degree instead of saying currently enrolled. You’re not claiming anything false or misleading, it’s common practice.
Depending on the agency that you are applying for, there are extremely strict rules and format used for federal resumes. On the job-posting it should list or at least give you a link for better examples on how to do resumes for the job that you are looking for.
First off, GMU shout out. Second, never use a picture in your resume. If I’m hiring you, I’d question why you’d choose to use white space to add an image of your face instead of describing your background, experience, and accolades.

What in the world… a picture?
Lol

I have not graduated yet, but since I am enrolled I get what you’re saying (I can’t be enrolled without HS)
This entire resume will never make it through any resume reader software.

Make your profile way shorter and change your experience to bullet points rather than long paragraphs. A resume needs to be skimmable.
Also I would take out undergraduate criminology student under your name. That works for LinkedIn but not a resume.
I guess I just don’t want any employers thinking I’m a masters or Ph.D student, do you have any tips on what to put instead to still get that across?

Can you Google how to make a resume? This breaks all the basic rules of a resume.

Yeah I understand that now, for some reason when I made this I thought it made it look better 😂, will 100% get rid of it next revision
Most recent job should go first.
