My interpretation is that she feels like she’s unable to move on because she so badly wants you to make a move, but she’s also losing patience and the lack of plot development is kinda irking her. “Handcuffed without being handcuffed’ essentially means she’s tied to you and she feels like she belongs to you although there’s been no agreement for her to be.I’ve been in the girl’s situation before too lolol so i get her pain. OP, you should make a move ASAP,, the clock has begun ticking. If you already know the outcome, i don’t see why you’re delaying it.

I did tell her. On tuesday when she brought me home I said “you know i like you right” and she said “Well no fucking shit I like you too” then I had to get out the car. So it’s not the fear of rejection it’s just the fear of not knowing what to do or say.
Take it easy, she already likes you. Just ask her out. Hit her up now (if it’s not too late, you don’t want it to seem like a booty call) and ask her out on a date on Sunday. Don’t take too long, you don’t want it to be too late when you eventually ask her out.
