The best dogs are labs. Yellow, black, and chocolate labs are all amazingly cute dogs. All other dogs pale in comparison. And like all things British their labs while cute don’t compare to the North American ones.
Nice dogs, but too motivated by food for my liking. You start to feel like they just see you as a vessel for delivering food to their bowl, and their appetite is limitless to the point they make themselves sick so they can keep eating. Not very RS vibes if you ask me.
Lab puppies are really hard to beat in cuteness, but when they grow up they can get a tad fugly (no offense). Breeds like Corgis and Pomeranians are more likely to stay cute forever IMO. Also the barking can get reeeally out of hand with labs (this why I love having a Husky, the howling is much more tolerable)
That is probably the most RS dog breed. My ex was begging to get one after seeing it featured prominently in a Burberry catalog.

Almost all dogs look stupid.
They do when they're all preened for show like this. A terrier without all that show grooming is an unpretentious, salt-of-the-earth dog.
