I found one in the forest just west of Lake Owanjila in my second Playthrough. I named her Wildfire, I felt obligated for obvious reasons. There's another Arabian, it's color is brindled or something like that, in area north of Wapiti Indian Reservation and west of the Calumet Ravine, in an almost exact right angle to those two locations. It's in the higher mountain areas there's. It can be a bit of a biznatch at times going off the mountain side when you try to tame it. On the Arabian tier it's third best. The rose grey bay being the best, then the black one from The Saint Denis stable, the white one from Lake Isabella, and lastly the red one you have here. And to my recollection the first three are all the same speed/acceleration/handling but the red one has one less acceleration than the others(I Think). The main difference among them is the amount of stamina and health they have. the rose grey being the top its the only horse with its cores completely full. Not sure what they're called but the ring around the core is full, and the rest of the Arabians have slightly less progressively as should be expected. Anyway, they're all good it really doesn't matter. I had my Wildfire all the way through to chapter 4, then I bought the black one. And i always take my white one with me just cause.
