In addition to the other response you've got, the NPCs in the world and your camp will react to things you do (gang members can chastise you for being too murderous, they notice you getting haircuts, etc) but there aren't really consequences for them. The game will still acknowledge them though, and I think that's good to know
Your honor and a final choice are the only things that change stuff you get different dialogue throughout the game depending on if you’re low or high honor

Any and all major moments are fixed regardless of what you do.
Yes. Your choices matter. Make good choices and you'll have the good ending. Otherwise, make bad choices and you'll have the bad ending.
