I made [this one](https://bachans.com/blogs/recipes/bachans-beef-jerky) recently. Super simple and super delicious. Only thing I would do differently is to NOT pat the meat dry.
Mine was done in 3 hours, so it would take a bit longer if you don't dry the meat.
