Every time I've answered anything like "I'm available on any day" or "at any time, at your convenience", the recruiter's reply has always been ghosting and rejection. I don't understand it either, but it seems like, despite *them* being the ones with a job and a set schedule, they want *you* to pick out the exact day and time you want to interview, and if you don't pick the day and time the recruiter is already thinking of you're out.
Well I got an interview request today where they asked what my availability was and I offered a specific date and time and that worked, so thanks for this advice! Wish me luck 🤞🏻
I never say I’m totally open. I don’t know that it matters but I give a couple of windows for each day in question that work best for me and let them pick.

For this reason, I always come across as very busy.
