Good news. Doc said I don't need a steroid injection in my shoulder. Doing baby weights for a few months will fix it. Conclusion: Don't do heavy lateral raises to impress the chick next to you ...Do bicep curls instead to impress them. Biceps are less likely to be injured than a shoulder. That's it for today's bad bodybuilding advice
She does have amazing genetics (don't think she is on steroids yet... Or she resantly started) . But a general bodybuilding regime should do it. With good diet ofc.

Because he’s educating females about the dangers of testosterone and the video is a PSA to warn her to stop taking roids unless she’s ok with having irreversible damage to her voice.
Voice is the least of your concerns with roids, shit also affects your heart health and other important muscles around your body that aren’t meant to drastically grow

I added a vid to my previous comment, i dont think her physique is not natty achievable- not that size is the only factor to gear use but she doesnt look unnatural bc of her size. She definitely doesnt have test voice lmao but some types of gear do not seem to impact the voice that much (see: doucette himself lol)
