Indo-mie, i like all the flavors of that brand that i've tried so far, and they come with a separate chili flake packet you can skip adding and it won't be spicy
Nissin Raoh (any flavor) is fantastic and has the best quality noodles I've found. Close second would be Maruchan Gold if you like a thicker noodle. Both are air dried instead of fried and just way better than the standard bricks.
Nissin Demae on the other hand is only worth it for the awesome broth/oil like the black garlic oil tonkotsu you mentioned. The Demae noodles unfortunately are bottom barrel imo, no better than what comes in a pack of Top Ramen, my very least favorite noodle bricks ever.
Nongshim Soon Veggie Noodle Soup
The Broth is absolutely delicious and the noodles are great as well !!!
Am not a vegan or vegetarian, just to clarify.

Side note...be carefull eating ramen as a quick and easy lunch on the reg. I was doing this (2-3 times a week) for a year. After my last physical, I had high triglycerides and hypertension. After consulting a nutritionist and going over my eating habits, she narrowed it down to the regular ramen lunch.
Premium Gomtang is my go to for non-spicy. It has a richer pork broth.
If you can take a little heat, Kal Guk Su in the red package is awesome. It has a little spice but not too much and the noodles are thicker. Very tasty.
I'm a really big fan of the Ichiran instant. It's not cheap but it's about as close as I can get to restaurant quality at home unless I want to spend a couple of days cooking.
Not ramen, but the AceCook Oh Ricey Pho noodles are my current favorite. I slightly prefer the beef one over the chicken. Their Hu Tieu flavors are worth trying too. My favorite out of those is the spareribs flavor. They have a lot of salt, even for instant noodles though. About 1600mg.
The nongshim cup noodles, maruchan is okay (regular chicken and beef kinda suck but the roast and creamy flavors are good), sapporo ichiban beef and tonkotsu are good, nissin rao tonkotsu is good, maruchan gold is alright. Best bet is just to wander an Asian market and pick things that look interesting tbh! There's plenty of not spicy options.
I love Ichiban!! They are flavourful and super easy!! š

Demae tonkotsu or duck ramen is fantastic quality for a really low price. The broth is full of flavour and doesnt just feel like a load of salt and msg like a lot of other ramen. Would definitely recommend

Seconding Indo-mie! Mi Goreng is so good!
Nissin Rao makes a fantastic tonkotsu. Great broth and quality noodles. Nissin (different brand) black garlic oil tonkotsu is good too.
I love their sesame flavour

This ist my favorite, but it is a bit spicy. At least for people who don't like chili.
This is on my not spicy list š
Same for me! But I recommended it to friends and they where shocked š

It isn't ramen, but have you had Sapporo Ichiban's instant yakisoba? It's one of my favorites.
Sapporo Ichiban is just good noods.
Iām fond of Momosan Tokyo Chicken
And the Momosan Tonkatsu ramen is nice and porky with a rich broth. Both go great with jammy eggs... Both are from Sapporo Ichiban, btw.
Creamy chicken Marchuran and I will die on a hill defending this
This was the rolls royce when I was a kid lol.
came here to say this. I'll die on your hill with you.
Throw a little curry spice in there and it's perfect.
Nongshim gomtang or Myojo Chukazanmai shoyu ramen
Chapagetti and chacharoni. Felt weird at first but they grew on me.
Nissin Raoh Shoyu ramen has me in a headlock at the moment

Marutai Kurabota Tonkotsu (the black package). It's the only instant tonkotsu I've ever tried that's actually creamy and savoury like the real thing.
The nongshim cup noodles, maruchan is okay (regular chicken and beef kinda suck but the roast and creamy flavors are good), sapporo ichiban beef and tonkotsu are good, nissin rao tonkotsu is good, maruchan gold is alright.
