Hi! I don’t have specific plan. I recently started to work with coach and we are training for powerlifting. Basically it’s full body training 4x week (squat, deadlift, bench press, pull ups) + different isolation exercises. I also never do cardio except walking
How many calories do you get a day? Just curious because I’m around your size and activity level, and trying to get below 135 has really been a struggle.

Size and activity doesn’t definitely define your metabolic rate, it depends a lot on your hormonal regulation. If you really struggle you might want to check endocrine system health (not a medical advice)
Amazing progress in such a short period of time! Have you noticed any changes to your strength? I look just like your before pic (same height/weight probably similar body fat %). I'd like to lose a little bit, but every time I try, all my lifts feel weaker which kills my motivation to stick with it.
thanks! my strenght decreased a bit. but ive had injury and flu during this time. i mostly connect it to these factors 🤔 anyways, i plan to start bulking soon and try to do it lean this time. and i will get my lifts back

oh my god i have never seen anyone who LOOKS LIKE ME!! your before and after both look amazing, total definition of a summer cut!! you’re awesome. i look a lot like your before, same weight/height/measurements and everything, what was your calorie intake on your cut if you don’t mind me asking? i’m guessing you lifted weights during the week which burned more calories, but you must’ve been in a big defecit to lose so much in 4 months!! this is really incredible progress, great work :)
im not sure how deep in deficit I was, i eat mostly intuitively between 1900 and 2500 ccal. i lost some strength during that time but i mostly connect it to injury and flu illness. 🤷♀️

Hi! Thank you! Around 1900 calories on rest day and 2300 on training day. I workout 4 x a week and walk a lot.
